He scanned the VIN, looked at the actual equipment on the car and comparable listings, and found that even in mint condition the market value was around $15,000. He also found the same Camaro with about 20,000 fewer miles than mine listed for around that same price. My car ended up appraising at $9,500. Then there is the safety inspection. They somehow passed this vehicle around two months ago, but now it fails because it needs control arms, tie rod ends, a third brake light, has an exhaust leak, and has no mufflers or resonators. When I called, I was basically told it was all "wear and tear." So then I ask well how did it pass safety without the mufflers and there response was it falls under emissions not safety. Basically saying that because there county didn't require emissions testing it didn't matter muffler or not. But what's funny is it passed emissions but failed safety. Forget everything else for a second -- if the car has no mufflers or resonators and that causes it to fail now, how did it pass two months ago? Those parts did not magically disappear. For a smaller dealership trying to earn people's business, you would think they would actually care about making things right. I will definitely be making sure the appropriate Missouri authorities know about the inspection situation and can decide for themselves how this vehicle was passed. Carmax offered $9.5K keep in mind i've owned this vehicle for 2 months. I am telling you if you're reading this be careful who you buy from. As I read some of the other reviews it seems like i'm most definitely not the only one dealing with problems on there vehicles from this dealership ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I came in to look at 3 vehicles I was interested in, and made my choice. Jack Dwyer was my salesman, and he was at all times professional and accommodating. I made my choice of vehicle and then found out that the warranty I had previously been told I would get with it no longer applied. I left without purchasing extremely upset. I emailed Mr. Sinclair and expressed my feelings. True to their motto, he "made it right." I came back and completed the purchase. A few fiascos ensued after, which the dealership did take care of. The big one was a doozy caused by an after market subcontractor. Again, the dealership "made it right" by reimbursing me for the damage. Even though we had some unforeseen inconveniences, this dealership always took care of myself, the consumer, and I would definitely recommend to buy from them. Ask for Jack or Dennis. :)

The first was a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I got for my oldest daughter. The Jeep ran perfectly fine no issues then my daughter wrecked it. We paid $3600 for the jeep but insurance gave us $4600 for it. Then we got her a 2013 Mazda 6 and paid $3400 for it, it too ran perfectly fine she had it about a year when she wrecked it. Recently, I just got a 2012 Nissan Rouge 56,000 miles paid $10k and it runs just fine no issues. The cars he sells may have had some body damage that he has fixed or have salvage titles because of insurance IDK. But if you get a car from him, know they are not brand new, they will have some issues. He will let you take it to a mechanic before you buy. But cars, some are good, some are not, my 2011 Hyundai Elantra was bought brand new from dealership and I have had more issues with that car than any from him, which is why I got the Rouge.

Yes, this guy is a scam artist. He sold me a pickup truck that he had cleared the emissions codes…read morefrom. I was quickly able to remedy this by using another dealership in the area that had zero issues with repairs. This was sheer incompetence. Never. Use. Them. They also weren't very nice or helpful.
