I was super shocked and then recalled well I do have another email promotion I got sent as well and told her about it and I didn't even get to finish my sentence and she was like "You aren't local- you don't receive anything " at that point her whole attitude and way of delivering everything she told me sounded rude as if I was beneath her. She said she needed to take a photo to of me and never explained why, I refused so she said she was gonna take a picture of my ID. Asked to cancel the appointment as a whole and she said okay and she was clicking at her computer for maybe 5 minutes before I asked if I was free to go or had to sign anything and she looked at me with so much disdain and told me "yea - it's been cancelled" I was fuming, she saw me standing there and never once told me anything.
