With…read morehaving a busy schedule I like nail salons that I can just walk in and anyone can do my nails because they're all good. I do have a nail tech here which is Rachel but sometimes when I don't know my schedule and wait last minute to book I can say that I trust anyone here ! Such an accommodating nail salon ! Right when you walk in they greet you at the door. Find a nail tech for you instantly and they never have trouble copying an exact design that you are looking for once you show them! Every time I go in there, I'm offered with wine, water tea, coffee, etc. I always feel comfortable and right at home. Every person that works here truly doesn't like to rush their work and they make sure that you're leaving satisfied and that's why I like coming here all the time. Especially since I don't work near the salon anymore I make the effort to still go because I know I will never leave disappointed. I do gel X here and my Nails stay between 4 to 5 weeks before I'm coming back to do either refill or a new set. The prices are definitely reasonable and I recommend anyone who is thinking about coming here to actually walk in!

She didn't rush anything and paid attention to every little detail. My nails came out absolutely perfect, and they look even better than I pictured. On top of that, the salon was super clean and smelled so fresh the entire time, which made the experience even better. If you're coming to Venice Nails & Spa, definitely ask for Jenny. I gave Venice Nails and Spa more than one opportunity, but unfortunately, both experiences left me…read moredisappointed. During my first visit, I paid approximately $60, including tip, for a gel refill. Within only two days, several nails had chipped and the polish began peeling. When I returned to have them corrected, the response was dismissive, and I was told that the color was simply "supposed to do that." I did not feel that the quality of the service matched the price, nor was the issue handled professionally. Despite that experience, I later decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, the customer service was still an issue. After the salon provided me with the wrong total--and after my friend and I had already been overcharged--the owner followed me outside to my car, knocked on my window, and demanded an additional $5. The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Tuyen and the work she does. I first wrote a review…read morefor her years ago, and after many years as a loyal client, I can confidently say her work has only become more elegant and impeccable with time. Tuyen is kind, professional, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about what she does. Every appointment feels thoughtful and personalized. She always checks in throughout the process, makes sure you're comfortable, and genuinely cares that you leave completely happy with the final result. The quality of her work is undeniable, and with her being so centrally located in an easily accessible area, it helps tremendously. As someone who is extremely picky about who I trust near my eyes and face, that says a lot. Not only have my lash extensions always looked amazing, but she also recently did my brow lamination, something I NEVER trusted anyone to do before. She walked me through every step, explained the process thoroughly, and made me feel completely at ease. The results were incredible, I still do a double take every time I walk by a mirror. Beyond her talent, Tuyen is one of the hardest working people I know. Watching her grow over the years as a business owner, artist, entrepreneur , and person has been amazing. She has built such a strong reputation for herself for a reason. Her reviews speak for themselves, but what stands out most is how much care and dedication she puts into every single client. Beautiful work, great prices, a clean and welcoming environment, and someone who truly values her clients. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and brows, and I'm always excited to recommend Lash N Bliss to people. If you're considering booking with her, do it. You will not be disappointed .

She never rushed me, answered every question, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. The entire process was honestly amazing quality : zero pain, zero issues, and such a calm and pleasant experience. Loved my experience here! I have been looking for a good eyebrow place in Kissimmee for a while…read morenow. My eyebrows were over-waxed and caused my skin to breakout thanks to the famous chain waxing service who claim to be 'unique'. I went in to inquire about appointments at ER Brows while picking up copy paper from the Office Depot next door. The first thing that struck me is that the place is very clean and hygienic. I was advised that they take walk-ins so decided to get the job done then and there. Maria is phenomenal! She measured and drew out my brows to ensure even sizing. I like my eyebrows wide as my eyebrow hair, while enough, is not thick. She did such a nice job waxing my brows and took her time shaping them and tweezing out the little hairs that the wax strip didn't get rid of. Super impressed! I'll definitely be returning and most certainly recommend this place.
