Even if you're not hungry, it's worth stopping in the Red Bridge Cafe to browse the large amount of boutique, specialty, and local Tasmanian wares they have for sale, such as wines, honey, sweets, and unique and interesting food items and gifts. A short walk outside of the Cafe and you can see the historic bridge that the cafe is named after, and stroll a while along the river. It's even situated next to a free camping area if you're on a caravan holiday and need a place to rest.

Creamy scallop filling and fresh fluffy crisp pastry in a flavour combo particular to Tassie; have to try one. They were very busy but their order alert tag system works well and the service was fairly quick.
