Maybe it's me or maybe my sushi has become to "americanized", but I like places that have specialty rolls. I like the ones that have spicy mayo sauce, or smelt roe, or avocado slices on top, or tuna/salmon on top, or spicy pepper, or etc etc etc. In my opinion, Rokko was simply basic sushi. Don't get me wrong. It was good, just basic. Bottom line - Open on Monday (at least during the summer months). Good but basic sushi. I wanted more variety in the rolls. Personally, if I want sushi the next time I'm in Rome, I may try a different place first simply to see if they have better variety. While talking to them, you can tell how impatient they were by the amount of times they rolled their eyes - even just for asking for water. Being the only asian group present amongst other parties, they seemed to be only rude to us. Felt highly discriminated and disappointed in the customer service.
