C. Lee has been absolutely fantastic to work with on several projects. She has become my go-to…read moreperson for all things organization and design functionality optimization. She helped me optimize the layout of our pool renovation which included an expansion of the decking, added fencing, & screened in porch. She's helped with my office layout, master bedroom closet, and kitchen layout. In all of these scenarios, she brings insight that I haven't found anyone else brings. She cares about the functionality of the space as well as the esthetics. I will continue to use her again and again as projects arise. She's the best organizer around and worth every penny (and then some)! Thank you so much for helping me with all my projects!

So Glad I Found C.Lee of Simplify You!…read more C.Lee is a real gem. Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works. C.Lee really listened, and her ideas helped make the whole house feel more intentional and comfortable. I promise, if you are doing a major renovation, using her "plan review" services will pay off tenfold. Highly recommend!

Their pricing was extremely competitive and Richard was very friendly and responsive. Even though they ran into some scheduling problems then installation team led by Joe was able to complete the job within my time frame. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And what a job it was. The floor looks fabulous!!! Now I'm looking at their "Monkey bars" for a shelving storage solution. I highly recommend Garage Design Source for all of you garage and storage needs...

I got some good ideas from the gentleman who did our estimate, however the cost of the shelvings were above our budget. I ended up going with another company who just does flooring. I can tell this is a big company. I prefer working with smaller companies where I can meet the business owners myself. This way the service feels a little more personal. When I emailed the gentleman who did our estimate to let him know that I was going with a different company, I never got a reply which I found a little unprofessional. Made it obvious that they could care less. Well, guess I won't be recommending this company to friends and family. The company I ended up going with (Garage Ovation) did a fantastic job and their customer service was top notch.

The new doors are much sleeker and look high end. The owner came out to do initial measurements/inventory and we then came to the office for an appointment to look at door styles and get the official quote. Paint/doors/etc are priced separately but cost is very reasonable, considering everything gets taken care of: door disposal, new hinges, patching the frame. Doors come pre-painted with one of 4 paint color choices. The crew on install day were perfectionists and spent time making sure the doors aligned well in our older house. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously and were very friendly as well. We ordered doorknobs separately from Emtek. Yes shipping lead times are long, but this was disclosed upfront and is expected in any kind of contracting/construction work after COVID. Great service and communication throughout the entire process!

This was an awful experience. I went off of an old recommendation on a neighborhood facebook group,…read moreand I looked her up. Her website was pristine. I reached out to her, and she made all the right promises - she's an expert (specifically with respect to paint), she has more than 15 years of design experience, she talked about other projects she had done. I thought I had done my due diligence, so I signed a contract with her and spent $1000 for design services. To say the least, she was not an expert, and she did not handle herself professionally or even appropriately. She was distracted and brought nothing but chaos to my house... and she claims to be a life coach of some kind? She came to a paint consultation with an iphone and a magazine, no samples or swatches. No discussion of what I have versus what I want to keep and acquire, undertones, light, windows, etc. Nothing. When she left, nothing had gotten done, but she said she "knew" what I wanted. For the second paint consultation, we were supposed to be putting paint on the wall. Instead of bringing liquid paint samples, she pulls two paper samples out of her purse that looked like she had grabbed them out of a drawer. I never saw trim or ceiling paint. When I asked her if she had a chart with paint finishes (because she didn't even know the different paint finishes or the proper recommendation for old walls), she yelled at me that she's not being paid to run around town. So she refused to do anything else that day because she had so much to do in addition to dealing with me, and that she was going to be suddenly unavailable for the next two days. At this point, painters had been at my house for 3 days, house in shambles and we still hadn't picked paint colors. And she was ribbing at me for being anxious. I have messages to her telling her I wanted something calming on the walls. I ended up with a griege that turns pink and orange after 3pm. After, I told her I just needed space from her, she shows up at my house uninvited, she wanted to just fix it, we gotta fix it, I have to be happy. "No, *I* have to fix it; you need to go." Just awful. The whole experience was bizarre, chaotic, and definitely what not would someone would expect from a business called "Simplify with Di." Do not recommend.

The situation: I live in a studio apartment with minimal built-in storage space (1 drawer,…read morecomically high cabinets - I'm 5'1", 1 closet), and I am clueless about design and making things look nice. As a result, I had piles of things everywhere. Containers and cooking implements would topple over and onto my head constantly. Drawers were overflowing with clothes. This was not a cute look. The task: Create storage solutions that look nice and allow me to cook frequently with ease and live comfortably--maybe even entertain occasionally!--within this 400 square foot home. Enter Amy: Miracle worker! Amy has always been able to translate my incoherent ideas and goals into beautiful, streamlined solutions. She is attentive and asks all the right questions to ensure that what we're implementing fits my lifestyle and quirks. When I whine that I have no idea how to organize the door of my fridge and could she please come help me, she does so without complaint or judgment. [insert heart emoji - Yelp wouldn't let me add it] The result: I now have a beautifully minimalist, airy small home that feels plenty spacious and peaceful to me. I can cook with ease; everything is within reach and tidy. In addition, Amy helped me select some design elements that make the space look pretty, cozy, and lived in. AND! With a few spare minutes after one session, she even helped me organize my gmail, which had been causing me dread and overwhelm. Now my inbox is tidy and actionable! I feel like a grown-up. 10/10 would recommend. Amy is talented, professional, and well worth the investment. The services she provides are priceless and have improved my life, productivity, and emotional wellbeing immeasurably. Thank you, Amy!

My husband was home to unpack other rooms and would answer some of her questions, but she would text throughout the day to get my input on things as well. She created a very functional coffee station; an easy-to-use spice cabinet separating the sweet spices, savory spices, and spice mixes; and got a little turntable to put next to the stove with the four items we use the most while cooking. My favorite part about working with Amy is how she did a walk-through when she was done and explained her thought process so that we can stay organized on our own. This is the first time in my life I haven't dreaded unloading the dishwasher or unpacking groceries. I actually enjoy cleaning up the kitchen almost as much as cooking in it.
