Anthony came out to measure our space and draw up some ideas based on what we wanted. It was great to get to see such a realistic image of what could be installed in our space, and he did quickly and efficiently. He walked us through our options and provided great insight when we weren't sure about what would work best for the space. Anthony was friendly and upfront about all the work and the price. It was easy to make some changes over email and get updated designs. We went ahead with three different projects, and the installation team was exceptional. We live in an apartment building with a busy loading dock that crews often find challenging. I've never seen any crew work as well with my building's loading dock supervisor. They did the work quickly and it looked great. It's been a couple weeks now and we still love the final product. Econize can really help you maximize the space in your home, and I think it's add re-sale value if you're interested in that. Like others on here, I would highly recommend Econize!

So Glad I Found C.Lee of Simplify You!…read more C.Lee is a real gem. Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works. C.Lee really listened, and her ideas helped make the whole house feel more intentional and comfortable. I promise, if you are doing a major renovation, using her "plan review" services will pay off tenfold. Highly recommend!

I was losing control of personal house chores such as sorting mail, grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop off and pick up, as well as waiting for home service appointments. The owners of Potomac Concierge (PC) are patient in assessing your needs and making recommendations for the type of support you need. - There is no pressure to purchase platinum packages or shifty up sells. - Their focus is on how PC can support your needs and lessen your stress about home things as you go about life, especially your professional life, or even handle issues such as illness. The individuals who actually provide concierge services are well vetted and prepared to provide professional assistance to you with a personal and personable touch. - Your assigned concierge works with you consistently -- you get to know and relate to your concierge. - There's no shifting from person to person every encounter. - I believe that says a lot about their work environment and the concierges obviously are treated well by the owners. I used PC way beyond my initial gifted time because of the awesome support provided. Your assigned concierge becomes a trusted person to handle any aspect of home life that you simply may not have time to do -- or don't want to handle yourself. Examples: Have a Big Box home contractor doing work on your house and have other stuff to do? I wrote a list of things needed to guide my concierge and she handled things perfectly. For busy Washington area professionals, do yourself a great favor and free up time.
