I am very much in touch with what massage tecniques work for me and what doesn't. I am quite vocal during treatment as to what I need. My first massage was with Susanna - she was amazing! She is kind and compassionate. She listened to what I needed, as well as what I didn't want. She checked in with me often and adjusted her pressure accordingly. My last appointment was with Melanie, the owner. She was incredible, too! She, like Susanna, listened to what I needed and began her massage on the areas that were giving me the most discomfort. She also checked in with me often to see if the pressure was working for me. Not only did these therapists work through my stress and strains in my body, they quieted my soul with relaxation massage built into the therapy massage. I highly recommend CAYA massage.
