We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

I requested clarification on what service they thought I was requesting or if in fact they are not equipped to offer it, they replied that they don't do one time cleanings. Which is not what I stated ever. This rating is based simply on poor communication and poor customer service practices. I cannot speak on the value of the services provided as they made it clear they're not interested in taking on clients.

After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.
