While I get the seat yourself thing - we were not greeted when walked in. Others after us were. We had to clean off a table ourselves to be able to sit down. When we went to the bar to order the bartender continued visiting with customers at the bar and then refilled a drink of another customer that walked up to the bar after us before taking our order. Another in our party had vodka penne. She was very satisfied. I had chicken lime pasta. I found it to be very good. Our servers did not offer us refills. We order an appetizer the bruschetta it was soggy and nasty and I love bruschetta, and then we finished with a dessert of tiramisu that was good. When we received our checks, we paid our bills, and they explained to the server that one meal was subpar cold. The bruschetta was horrible. She said yeah it's not very good and I'm like could you not have told me that as I was ordering because I was more than willing to pick up something else? Having been patron of noodles for years since the beginning, I want you to know I have never had a meal that was so poorly put together nor service one server one trainee and absolute ignoring this is about 4 o'clock or two tables in the restaurant do better noodles. It's a sad state of affairs when Olive Garden could've done a better job and for the record I had to detest Olive Garden so under 100 bucks later for two people I came home and ate peanut butter to the dishes were fine. Three of them were not service was nonexistent. I paid my bill. I didn't ask for any consideration on the lack of hot food. I did mention the soggy bruschetta and I might as well have been at McDonald's that's how much noodles Italian kitchen cared about their food their service and their reputation. Please note we did not ask for concessions. We only pointed out the issues after our total bill was paid. It was a very sad homage to what used to be a very, very good restaurant.

The sausage was pretty killer, a tad spicy. The mushroom pasta had a tinge of lemony zest to it. Morels were deliciously panfried in butter. My favorite was the to go order for a third person though: pistachio Alfredo, a similar sauce to the wild mushroom pasta but a bit nuttier. Zero complaints with the food, and i look forward to the owners new location (pizza Lotties) that will be opening soon i hear. This place is dangerously close to five star perfection, if only it were not so crowded (locals know whats up) and it's also a bit loud. The open air kitchen is a nice touch but probably doesn't help with the noise. Imo good food for decent value and would be worth the wait (you can enter into the waitlist online which i will certainly do next time and probably opt for patio seating if possible) All in all very satisfied. This place has a cool menu that seems to evolve and explore the culinary arts. (I love that someone thought to make a sausage/pasta dish with Korean gochujang) I look forward to partaking in many future gourmand adventures here made possible made by such creative kitchen-bound artists

She said that you all ran out of clean cups and got us water, but did not ask if we wanted other drinks, my brother had to quickly ask her to grab him a soda before she ran off, then she asked my sister and I if we wanted anything else. We put in our food order as well because we did not know how long it'd take her to come back. Thank God we did because it took forever for her to come check on us. We didn't get one refill, didn't get one "do you need anything." We watched her talk to who I assume was the manager about pre-closing, and watch her take phone orders. I get that she might be new, but there seemed to be no interest in taking our order or serving us. After we finished our food, we stacked our plates and waited for it another 30 minutes for the check. When we finally received it, I just walked up to the counter to get checked out because I was not going to give her my card and wait for another God knows how long. Appreciate the advice, but I did express frustration and was met with more frustration. Work on your training practices.

He started with the Joe's Italian restaurant in Springdale on Hwy 412 which burned his next was on Wedington in Fayetteville. After he expanded in the area, he sold the business to others. They were unable to maintain his quality and have all closed. If you ever ate at any of the original restaurants you would remember the huge garlic rolls served hot to the table while you wait. Those are served here. They make going there worth the trip without having anything else. But, you're gonna want something else, believe me!!! The food speaks for itself. All servings are large and delicious. The waitstaff is friendly and helpful. This is a win-win experience.

My daughter ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and she thought it was a bit bland. I agree with her . Portions are generous. We couldn't finish our food. Our waitress was very pleasant but service overall seemed very scattered prior to being seated. Everyone was running around , looking confused. We actually came few days prior and were turned around despite calling ahead to confirm hours. After driving for 12 hours ( vacation) we didn't want to drive for nothing . This place needs better customer service and better communication among their staff. Other than that, I think it's a place worth visiting.
