Nonetheless, she is the front desk who works in the Jamaica location and called me on the morning of 8/26/26. I already reported the incident to Diamond Braces. And I was told someone would call me back to get more information. No one called me. This doesn't surprise me. It's clear to me that Diamond braces doesn't care about customer service based on how Diamond braces handled this situation. I am very disappointed.

Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! Examples include sanitizing pens, equipment, and chairs after every use. I can't recommend this place enough!

Had one appt for the Family on Friday June 26th, but on Monday my tooth split...they got me in early Thursday at 9am only to find out that the clinic not open until 10am, I bounced between 2 different Doctors to only be told they cant do anything until Tuesday the 30th so I book the appt what a complete waiste of a day and continued to be in pain. They did give me a prescription for antibiotics and ibuprofen. Friday comes and with the rest of the family went ok, it was a wait and it was 3 family members at the same time to be expected. Today June 30th I show up to my Appt on time at noon, thinking ok, they know what needs to be done lets go...1 hr into it they took more x-ray than on Thursday and once again had me bouncing around from right door, left door, right door. Then said for the tooth removal was 750.00 out of pocket when I know my insurances covered this...felt stupid for paying but then 2hrs go by and now I've asked them what the wait time was...we dont know...asked for a refund which they voided but I really felt uncomfortable by this time ans so glad I got out of there. Very disappointed since im still in pain...still have a broken tooth and I just wanted it fixed.

I didn't have a choice because I didn't know what it was. The dentist himself as crooked as he is came in and try to convince me to remove 2 wisdom so they can charge me 2500 extra fee and charge my insurance. After the procedure I call Healthfirst and I was told that extra treatment was not necessary and it was a choice that's why they don't cover . I Check online the cost for that treatment called D7922 is 100-250 the most because it's just a cotton pad added not a surgery . I was charged 1250 for something most dental office charge 250 max for. On top of that they charge my card credit 1500 instead of 1250 and I had to argue that too. Please don't go to this place and make sure u research every treatment they are offering u before u pay out of pocket . The nurses are professionally trained to lie and get patients To sign for things at a higher price. I do not recommend this place at all it was my first time and I will never return . They need 0 star . A bunch of thieves . That dental code D7922 cost is not $1250 and they keep saying that is their fee. They are literally ripping off patients... I have asked to explain to me what make their prices so high they are not able that saying that's our price . Please be aware of this place and they pricing to extort patients. How a patient sign for 1250 and u make a mistake of entering number and put 1500 ? It does not make any sense. They are scam and need to be investigated for their exaggerated pricing

Dr. Lublin got into an accident and they suddenly became impossible to get in contact with. I paid over $9000 for dental work that is now unfinished and they are not contacting me to let me know what is what. I have called, left voicemails, emailed them, and actually gone to the office only to find the gate down. I was supposed to have a cleaning done today. However, as you can see from the picture below, the gate is down. According to their informational voice message to their patients, the office was supposed to re-open for business on August 1st. Today is the 24th. I can understand if Dr. Lublin is still hurt and cannot perform his duties, but what I do NOT understand is no one responding or giving any information to the patients. They don't even have a sign on the gate! I actually like Dr. Lublin and wish him well. I don't know whose fault this all is, but at this point it doesn't matter and this is just plain old bad business. If they rectify this by doing better at communicating and getting a dentist to cover Dr. Lublin so that his patients' dental work can be completed, then at that point, I will change my rating. Until then...
