We were quoted nearly DOUBLE what Velasco quoted us. Chris came out within 24 hours, walked the property with us and was able to provide a clear plan of action. He showed up on time and his crew of guys had nearly one acre of land looking nice again within two days! The oak tree was cut down and the stump ground down for safety, the chicken coop was weeded and all debris removed, and they even planted grass seed for us on our upper lawn that had been damaged by gopher holes. Chris is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to reach out again a few weeks later just to make sure the grass was growing in. We will definitely be using them again when we're ready for new landscaping projects!

Excellent work executed by professional, kind people. Cornerstone has earned my business…read more I was in need of some landscape work to trim/shape some of the hedges on the property and to clear up some heavily overgrown ivy along the fenceline. In search of a landscaping company, I called Cornerstone Hauling and Gardening as they had received very positive reviews and they were local. Daniel answered the phone and asked how he could help. I explained my situation and he was on site within 20 minutes. We did a walk-around the property while I explained what I was looking to have done. I liked talking with Daniel because he was engaged, asked questions, and provided me with options based on the answers. We agreed to a price and set an appointment for 1 week later. Note: I work from home so Daniel understood the importance of scheduling/coordinating the work his team would be doing and my own. One week later Daniel arrives right on time with Jen, Preston and Joey. Daniel introduced me to the entire team, we reviewed the list of items on the list to be addressed, and they went straight to work. They accomplished a lot of work very quickly. In just a matter of hours they had completed everything on the list, cleaned and swept up, and the branches/vine clippings from the trimming they had done were loaded in the truck to be hauled away. They also went above and beyond and took care of a couple of additional items they noticed. Their work is clean. They are very detail oriented and took great care of the property. The invoicing/payment process was very easy and convenient as well. The result of their hard work is BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend Cornerstone to handle any type of landscaping or hauling you need. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

This is a review on customer service as he has not completed any work for me…read more He came out for a consultation on a Wednesday. He Walked around the yard and Took measurements. He made great recommendations. He Took my husbands contact info and said he would send An estimate on Friday. That was 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard from him since. I'm very disappointed. He had some great ideas. I would understand if the job is too big or too small, just tell the customer that and not lead them on. Very unprofessional. In Response to owner's reply. Then there must be a misunderstanding. My husband actually showed you pictures of the stamps we wanted while you were there. We have been just waiting for your estimate.
