The verdict: I don't think the owners are very serious about running a restaurant - seems like they are people who like to backyard bbq and decided to try and make some money off of it. I can't emphasize enough how delicious the breakfast hash is! I ordered a side of chili which added a really nice kick of spice, hard and sharp on the nose with no lingering heat or after-taste. I highly recommend it! Most importantly to me are the people and Jessica and Adam truly take the cake. I ordered Rocky Mountain Oysters as an appetizer and I was somewhat disappointed because they were smaller than I've seen them in other places. Pretty good though. It was my first time trying them and they were more tender than I expected. My Roast Beef Sandwich was pretty good but nothing special. I realized after we left that they forgot the horseradish sauce. My wife enjoyed her Club Sandwich. Service was good. Probably wouldn't go back though.
