Happy to say, we are now anticipating our next breakfast stop. While this rural restaurant may not on par with The Original Pancake House, it is the best little breakfast stop we have experienced in Eastern Colorado. Upon entering we were greeted with a friendly smile and a dining area with a pleasant, clean smell that is tidy. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak which came with gravy, two eggs, hash browns and toast. I had the California omelet and chose pancakes to accompany it. All of this came standard with the meals at no additional cost. (Thinking back to a previous customer's review about extra charge for bacon.) Everything we ordered tasted great. No knife was needed to cut the chicken fried steak. A nice touch to our experience was the warm syrup. The wait staff shared the restaurant is almost a month into new management. High five to this manager and we send wishes for much success!

Main Street Melt: The flavors just melt on your tongue with this one and I can't describe it any other way than that. Vanilla Chai- DELICIOUS! I'm not huge on a ton of spice in chai, but Canyon makes the perfect amount of sweet and spice! Chocolate Covered Cherry Blended Coffee- This flavor is great in any form, but the blended coffee is my favorite! Mexican Mocha- This one is a great option if you're looking to venture outside your comfort zone! Cherry Garcia- Never disappointed with this one. Super sweet and tangy. Almond Joy Smoothie- Tastes similar to the candy bar but in liquid form! Yum! Chunky Monkey Smoothie- Tasted similar to the ice cream! Delicious! These are my favorites!
