Terrible service! Will not be using again!…read more I recently scheduled an appointment for their mobile services for today at 4pm. It is now 4:30 and I have yet to receive a phone call, let alone someone arriving. I have booked with this company a few times, and every appointment the team is either late (hours) or they don't show at all. This is so unprofessional and I am so displeased with the customer service or lack thereof. They have always done a good job on my vehicles...... but the lack of timeliness, effort, and communication is unfortunate.

I was quite skeptical of having a mobile detail - I typically go to a shop 2x annually…read more Andy reached out, gave a great presentation of the options available and recommended services based on pictures I'd sent. We agreed on the package for a full detail on my F150 and trailer which had been sitting for a few years. Andy arrived on schedule, performed a walk thru, covered what work would be done and got to it. He spent a full work days wash, shampooing, waxing, clay bar, and polishing both units. The results... freaking awesome! If I'm being fair - he exceeded my expectations and his professionalism was such a welcomed surprise. I'd definitely recommend and will be using the service again. The price was in line with quotes received from others. Service received: Exterior detail - large Interior detail - large RV wash and wax RV polish and seal L2 polish upgrade and refinish of exterior black trim. Great job Andy!!!

This vehicle is 7 years old and my guests over the holiday asked if it was a new van. That speaks volumes about his attention to detail. Attached is a picture of the miracle work he preformed on my headlights. I wish I had a before picture so you could see how clouded they were. Again, the headlights look brand spankin' new. Kyle was amazing from the very beginning. I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.
