Recently, ZeeV's Nutrition Studio followed my Instagram account. I checked it out because I wondered why on Earth it would want to follow my account. I figured it out. I like drinks with either no or low sugar, if possible. This place has loaded teas with no sugar and ingredients to boost your energy. It sounded too good to be true. I was intrigued. I had a chat with the person behind the account. I found out later that she's the co-owner of the business with her husband. They are both extremely nice. Last Saturday, I decided to check the place out. I ordered online and it was easy. I paid and I got an estimated time that my drink would be ready. It generally takes fifteen minutes for them to make your drink. I ordered the mermaid loaded tea. It's blue and orange candy in liquid form. Perfect! I drove over to the store. The plaza was exceptionally busy at noon. Parking was atrocious. There's a restaurant with outdoor seating that was packed, which explains one reason why. There's an HSBC and even parking in front of that was booked solid. I ended up parking on the other side of this bank and made my way over. Note to self: Avoid dropping by on a Saturday. I found the store. It was fascinating seeing Chinese characters in the store name. I opened the door and a man welcomed me by my first name. It was such a nice gesture, making me feel like I matter as a customer. My drink looked so pretty on the counter. He was helping a woman who clearly had more questions than a decision. She just kept firing them at him. Between pauses, she looked at me taking photos. I am indifferent these days to folks who stare while I set up my photo shots. I just looked at her briefly and continued doing my thing. The interior is so cute. I especially loved seeing Grogu (baby Yoda) on a bookshelf. I have the same one, so I knew that it was a good sign. When the female woman left, I chatted with the co-owner. He asked me how I found out about this place, I let him know. He advised that his wife handles their Instagram account. It's a family-owned business and I love their concept of creating nutritious teas and shakes. I am far more interested in their loaded teas than shakes. They are cold, have zero to 25 calories per drink, are loaded with vitamins and healthy stuff, and have no sugar. Yay! Their shakes range from 200 to 240 calories. I thanked the man and walked out with my humongous drink. It's half a litre! It thankfully fits in my car's drink holder. It has been a while since I have sipped a drink that makes my tastebuds dance. I loved this mermaid drink. It was beautiful to look at, but I loved the slight sweetness with the tangy orange flavour. So good! It's like taking blue and orange Jolly Ranchers and melting them into a drink, but without the sugar or calories. This drink lasted my entire day running errands. I also didn't feel exhausted driving to Cambridge, while making stops in Mississauga and Markham. I am still trying to figure out when the cutoff is to order drinks online. The place closes at 6 pm. Yesterday, I placed an order online at 4:25 pm and my pickup time was for 9:15 am. Weird! The owners are so nice. I messaged them and asked if I could pick my peachy passion loaded tea this morning at 10:30 am. Yes! Sure enough, I got there at 10:30 am sharp and there were tons of parking spots. Quite the change compared to my first visit. Note to self: Head here in the morning on a weekday. The same man greeted me. I thanked him for my drink and happily headed out the door with my drink. I love the peach passion drink. It's so good. Goodbye, Starbucks iced peach green tea. I have found the perfect alternative without the sugar. I am a huge fan of the loaded teas that I have consumed so far. I feel like I need to try everyone one and see how I feel. I am grateful that this place reached out to me. (305) read more

There's 0g of sugar added and no milk is in the making, it was delicious and worth the try! They have vegan options as well as the menu showed plant-based protein. The owner said it will keep you full longer, will be back to check it out next time! The space is also very bright and welcoming i quite like it! read more

ZeeV's Nutrition Studio - Peanut buttercup - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

ZeeV's Nutrition Studio is definitely underrated. I had the opportunity to try a shake and tea and it was delicious, filling and packed with nutrition. If you want a shake which is loaded with nutrition, that tastes like dessert, this is definately it. With many flavours to choose from and the owners who take pride and assist you with understanding the menu it is one of the best meal replacements. Moreover, they have hot and cold teas to keep you healthy year-round. Well priced and healthy don't usually go together but ZeeV's is competent in providing just that. It is rare to find healthy alternatives with over saturated fast food restaurants but once you find a gem you will be a regular. I will definitely be going again ! read more

ZeeV's Nutrition Studio - Cherry Chocolate Shake & Gummy Bear Loaded Tea - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

Very excited to have tried the healthy, nutritious teas and shakes at ZeeV's Nutrition Studio just a month ago, and I have been obsessed ever since lol. Did you know? It is zero calories for the teas and only 200-240 calories for the shakes... and they taste SO GOOD! Definitely a first in Toronto (that I know of) to offer this! They are located on Victoria Park, just south of Steeles, in the same plaza as the HSBC Bank and Crown Prince Fine Dining. They are currently open for curbside pick up at this time, since we are all still in quarantine (sucks, I know). Zenia, one of the owners, is amazing! So glad that we have met and got to know each other! She is friendly and down-to-earth, very dedicated and still keeps her poise when I stare at her when she makes the drinks lol. Zenia is also very patient when explaining the store concept and the benefits of the drinks. You normally order as a combo (1 tea and 1 shake) and it can be a meal replacement! At this time, the loaded teas do have caffeine in them, so I do opt out, and just order the shakes. I did enjoy the Captain America tea (grape + blue candy) very much. But if you are caffeine sensitive like me, take it easy, and maybe share with a friend? Zenia said that they are coming up with teas that do not have caffeine later on, so stay tuned! For the shakes, I just can't get enough of them lol. I love how it has 24 grams of protein, 21 nutrients and vitamins, and only 200-240 calories! **Their whipped cream is zero calories too! OMG YOU MUST GET IT... you have nothing to lose lol.** My favourites would definitely be the Almond Pistachio, and the Peanut Buttercup! I did try to freeze it into popsicles/ice cubes and it works perfectly. The kids would loveeeeee it :) read more

I never been to many healthy juice bars or smoothie places throughout my foodie lifestyle. However, after visiting ZeeV's Nutrition Studio, it has changed my mindset on how nutrition can also be tasty and valued in our lifestyle. Recently opened in the Scarborough community by the owners, Zenia and Vamshi, ZeeV's aspires to redefine fast food and the importance and nutrition in the community that is mostly populated with bubble tea shops and quick east Asian eats. With their 10+ years of experience/knowledge in nutrition and fitness, Zenia and Vamshi want to give you all an amazing experience with their charm and energy. At ZeeV's, their main items are their nutrition shakes and energizing teas. With their shakes, they take your favourite classic flavours (i.e. Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake) and transform them into nutritious shakes packed full of your required proteins and nutrients to help you get off to the right start for the day, for a quick lunch or even for your pre/post workout shake! They have a great variety to choose from and if any of their flavours aren't your cup of tea, you can request to mix and match ingredients! Also, here's the best part. All their shakes are less than 250 calories! Their Loaded Teas are the perfect cleanser if you're looking to refresh from a yoga session and to get 50% of your water consumption for the day. They have a lot of fun flavours to choose from (i.e. the Hulk, Captain America) for you tea enthusiasts. With their basic combination of tea leaves (i.e. Oolong), aloe vera, and zero sugar, it's the perfect compliment to your shake! Overall, this has been one of my favourite places not just for the drinks but for the amazing warm experience I received. I can't wait to be back to sample their variety of shakes and teas before my next workout! read more

First visit and got the peach tea as recommended by the lovely owner. Was informed it's be 25 calories for the whole drink. First sip and the only thing that came to mind was "No way!" Perfect balance of sweetness and tartness (FYI: I'm the kind of gal that asks for 30-50% sugar in all my drinks). Definitely taste the stevia/whatever sugar alternative they use after a few more sips. But that is to be expected. Will be back to try other menu options! read more
