To be clear I care mostly about food. The quality and originality and yeah alright portions!
I've been raving about the place for a while so when I saw an award on the wall saying chef of the year I was pleased but not surprised.
The struggle each time is whether to try another new sounding original creation from the chef or one of my old favourites.
The South Indian garlic chilli chicken is so good that it's a challenge to have something else.
The thing that surprises me is how it isn't full every night. That's the only downfall, occasionally the lack of people can make a bit of a lack of atmosphere.
But the lovely guys do make up for it.
One night the chef even made a special fish to recreate something one of the party had enjoyed in India.
Oh and as a parting shot, the naan bread is the best ever! The super-trick is to order them one at a time and keep them coming, so they are always hot! read more
