a woman working in a restaurant

Stumbled upon Zeeno's the other day after a stop at Oxford Valley Mall to pick up something at Sears. I just needed a snack to keep my hunger at bay. I went it to find a brightly lit pizza joint with 8 to 10 tables along one wall, and the work area/cashier on the other. Kitchen in the back. It seemed fairly clean. World Cup on the HD hanging from the wall. I ordered two plain slices to test the water. The chef came out of the kitchen to deliver my lunch. The slices were smaller than normal, and the outer crust smooth rather than textured. This was a cheese over sauce pie, where the sauce hides beneath the melted mozza. This maintains the heat better than exposing the gravy, but also adds a lot of extra cheese to accomplish this approach. I prefer a balance with less cheese so I can taste the sauce distinctly. I would call this a Middle Eastern Pizza, rather than Italian. Not bad, but not in the mainstream of East Coast tomato pie. While it was not my favorite pizza, it was adequate for what it was. The ingredients were fine; just not the style I like. The rest of the menu looked intriguing, especially if the kitchen was consistently eastern Mediterranean. The gyro options might be the way to go here.

The grease just slid right off...

Tried this place first time today and it will be the last. I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni, a Diet Pepsi and Italian sub. Only good thing out of the order was my Diet Pepsi. My pepperoni was swimming in pile of grease and the dough was subpar. The bread on the Italian sub was good though, everything else..not so much. Not only did it take 74 mins from order to delivery, they also made mistake on the bill, charging me $3 more than my receipt total. They apparently forgot about the special. Ill just buy a Red Barron next time, since that is better quality than what I got today.

Okay........Looking at the reviews I was a big frightened. But, this place is great! Do not let the…read morelower score fool you. Its old reviews. Staff are super friendly. They had a decent amount of slices available. I came in to grab 2 slices to give it a fair shake. I got what I believe is called the "Mona Lisa" it was a basic trenton style tomato pie with cheese. Extremely flavorful. Crust was perfectly cooked. Seasoned well. Sauce was awesome. The other one that caught my eye was the cheesesteak slice. This one wasnt as impressive. I can see this being a good one to order fresh as a pie. But for me, it definitely didnt re-heat well. The cheese slices on top got a bit plastic-like and the meat was very dry. Crust was still decent. But I wont discount them because I can definitely see that being a good pizza when its fresh. Whole place had a classic, friendly vibe. Workers were great and struck up convos with customers. Very clean. As someone who moved recently to the area, this is going to be my pizza spot. Looking forward to grabbing some more slices soon

But I figured why not and I wasn't disappointed at all. Excellent pizza, clean place, friendly staff. Now looking back it looks like the bad reviews from years ago. They definitely deserve a higher rating because this place blows away some of the other pizza places around for sure. Highly recommend the Mona Lisa.

With that being said, don't expect off-the-chart service and food lol. Everything is pretty fast-paced in here. Don't worry about parking, since SW sits in a little center. I've only gotten sushi from Shumai Wok, so far so good. My favorite is the Philly Roll. It has the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado(I have ask to sub the cucumbers with avocado). Boston Roll and Crispy Kani Roll is also very tasty. Will update once I try other rolls in the future. P.S. Shumai Wok accept credit cards. If your purchase is under $10, they will add a surcharge of $0.50, I guess for fees.

The fish looked fresh, which gave me hope. Unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. The maki rolls appeared to be more of a "chopped fish surprise," leaving me to wonder if we were getting prime cuts or the mysterious ends that didn't make the cut elsewhere. Flavor-wise, the fish tasted... seasoned by time. Subtle, but unmistakable. The wasabi was a visual experience all on its own--impressively sculpted, though its resemblance to alien poop made it difficult to approach with confidence. Most memorable, however, was the full-day stomach ache that followed. I appreciate commitment to an immersive dining experience, but this wasn't quite what I had in mind. If you're looking for a late night snack, opt for the Chinese food menu, skip the sushi and don't depend on it being your full meal. Lesson learned.
