I had my fingerprints recorded here by making an appointment online. I was greeted warmly with a friendly smile and promptly taken to the fingerprint technician. I was done with my whole appointment in less than 10 minutes and we actually started before my reservation time. Great service! While I waited for the processing after the fingerprints I browsed around at the historic pictures on the wall and antique printing equipment in a type of mini-museum inside! Definitely worth stopping by! Support local businesses.

I went to return an item to Amazon. Mind you the person that was just ahead of me just returned an item to Amazon. The person behind me said to cashier that I was waiting ahead of her. The cashier said that staples customers come first because most people come there just to return things. I told her you didn't have a problem letting the person in front of me return her item so what's the problem? She said it takes too long for people to return an item. After I returned the item I told her that took all of 30 seconds so what's the real problem? Never did get an answer. I will never step foot in that store again and will tell my friends to do the same. If you really need something from staples order it on line. Don't do that store any favors by shopping there keeping them in business. They need to be shut down. I'm not the only one that has problems with them.
