I had my fingerprints recorded here by making an appointment online. I was greeted warmly with a friendly smile and promptly taken to the fingerprint technician. I was done with my whole appointment in less than 10 minutes and we actually started before my reservation time. Great service! While I waited for the processing after the fingerprints I browsed around at the historic pictures on the wall and antique printing equipment in a type of mini-museum inside! This was actually my second time visiting this store. The first time was about two years ago when my sister and I picked up some self-inflating balloons for our mom's 40th work anniversary. And guess what? It's 2025, and those balloons are STILL floating in her room. I kid you not--two years later and they're still hanging strong! Fast forward to now--another memorable celebration as my sister turned 40! Naturally, I had to return to where I know the products are reliable. I gave the store a call to check on pricing options for to blow-up balloons that weren't purchased from their store--and yes, they offer will blow up balloons purchased from another location at their store for a fee. Some of my original balloons needed replacing, so I picked up a few more in-store. Since I needed them to last for the next day's surprise party, the team added a special treatment to help extend their life. I had a mix of latex and foil balloons, and they looked fantastic the whole time. Customer service? Always great. Product quality? Good I even made sure to take pictures of everything I purchased. They gladly accommodated his wishes of not being buried in a suit, even though it created more work for them to have his arms showing in a polo. It's been almost three years since they helped with the passing of my father, and I just called them to see if they'd share some resources they provided to my family for a friend who just lost her dad. The answer? "Of course, I'll email that to you in just a moment." No question of where that friend lives or who is doing the services (potentially a competitor), just them caring for those who are mourning and doing everything they can to help.
