Responsive, Professional, and Easy…read more I rented their 13x13 bounce house this past Sunday for a birthday party and have no complaints. The business owner was quick to respond through Yelp, and they set up the bounce house quickly and without any issues. The entire process was casual, smooth, and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The kids had a ton of fun for hours, and I'd say it was a great value for keeping them entertained. Bounce houses may become a regular part of our family celebrations moving forward. I'll definitely rent from this business again.

The prices are fair, their communication is very clear, and their delivery and pick up is as punctual as it can be. The best lead up and follow through of any of our vendors (some who don't show up until the event's about to begin). I wish we had more times throughout the year where we could bring them business, but our budget is pretty limited as a PTA. Our favorite items to rent include the three or four item inflatable games, the inflatable dry slides, and soccer darts. Bouncy houses are hard with so many kids, so we avoid them. Shout out to Jessica and Alex - the only two I've worked with over the last couple of years. Can't say enough good things!

I was really happy with my decision as their quote was reasonable and they provided excellent customer service. A few days prior to our reservation, I received a text confirming our reservation and time for set up and take down. The staff member was really flexible and answered all my questions ensuring everything would be set up smoothly and on time for the party. On the morning of the party I received a text from the delivery person letting me know he was on his way to set up. The is gave me enough time to head over to the park and and meet him. We picked a spot for the bounce house, discussed a few house rules (no sharp objects or liquid in the bounce house) and less than 15 minutes later the kids were bouncing away. Don't be fooled by the generic company name. They have a great selection of designs, reservations are easily made and paid for online. Confirmations are sent via email and someone will contact you closer to the party date. I really appreciate their user friendly system, variety, availability, efficiency and excellent customer service.
