When I…read moregot home it looked like some one got sick in the tray, or they scraped what was left from a buffet pan in the tray. It was inedible, unidentifiable, and expensive because I asked for extra Beef. I couldn't identify anything and trashed it. I went back the next day to tell them but didn't bring the food that I trashed. Because I went there frequently, I thought that would make it right or at least apologize. Instead the owner starts telling me how much money they make, and how many people they serve. I told him that had nothing to do with my order. I left and will never return. Since they were voted #1 in the City, my money didn't mean much. The competition down the street should be #1.

Last night my friend and I were hungry and went to the local HH a little after 9pm. We were excited…read moreto learn that they put the grilled chicken club back on the menu. I used to love them back in the day and order them all the time. They were the absolute best! They serve our clubs and fries in a to go tray even though we are dining in because we soon learn that they close at 10pm now. The servers were standing around talking and one in particular was being excessively loud and having a good old time right across from our table. I can be loud but dang, she topped it and was talking about 9 more minutes until closing time amongst her friends and the visitor who was there with them. Very unprofessional and crude, we thought. The clubs were NOT the same. Served on bread now instead of a bun. The chicken only covered 1/3 of the bread on one side of the sandwich and maybe half on the other side. It was probably a third of a regular chicken breast to be fair. The bacon was raw, the chicken not seasoned at all. The fries were not done all the way either. It was $36 for the bill of both plates and a drink each. Needless to say, I won't be going back any time soon and if I do, I definitely will not be ordering the grilled chicken club. Such a disappointment.

We ordered on the app and the food was ready when we arrived. We ordered two meals and for both orders we ordered brunswick stew as a side and paid an extra $1 per stew. We usually love the stew, but this time it was not good and was very tomatoey. Also there wasn't much in the stew. I didn't finish mine. The meat portions seem smaller. The fried okra was great!! The peach cobbler was also good. We will be back as we would love to support this location so they don't close as well. Maybe the next visit will be better.
