I was told I had to go outside for wifi to find my order confirmation and payment proof. Went inside and showed the general manager my documentation..he didn't care. I showed proof it was his store he didn't care. I had to wait for order again. I ordered 2 frozen lemonades while I waited. Went through drive thru friday night to get fingers and fries for the fam. Luckily, my 13 y/o was with me... more on that in a sec. We ordered 20 fingers and 2 baskets of fries. The wait at the drive thru was excruciatingly slow... but good music helped that pass. When we got our order and started the trek home, my 13 y/o asked if he could get a finger as he was starving. Good thing he did... we discovered they gave us 2 boxes of toast instead of the basket of fries. Mind you, these come in different sized containers... but accidents happen. So we turned around and drove back - about 5 minutes away. Got there, drive thru line long and I said "no way" so I went inside. Talked to a worker at the counter to explain what happened. I never got an apology or anything that could be inferred to be an apology. She turned around and shouted back to the kitchen... need 2 baskets of fries and that was that. The silver lining, the fries were piping hot but, a little customer service goes a long way. If this was a CFA, they would have refunded for the fries and/or given a coupon for something free in the future. read more

Went during lunch so I knew it would be busy. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. I order quickly, and then 30 minutes later all the dine in guests had gotten their food before any of the take outs. So me and 4 other people start complaining and then they're out of fries. I tried using Zaxby's drive through this evening at 5:30 pm. The car line wrapped the entire building and I was at the end of it back by where you order. I waited figuring the line would move fast then realized it wasn't moving at all!! It couldn't move because a car was parked across the drive thru where customers that have received their order exit!! There are so many signs telling you where to drive, where to exit but no sign telling clueless people not to park across the drive they exit while waiting in line!! This is the second time I have had this happen so I left and went elsewhere. I used order from Zaxby's at least once a week but the drive thru line has continues to get worse to use so I won't be back until that mess is fixed. read more

If I could not put any stars I would. We looked at the menu on the net..husband set out to get what we thought would be about a $19 dollar dinner that turned out to be $30 bucks!! They charged 4.99 for onion rings side that wouldn't feed 2 people at all. My small buffalo fingers dinner was $2 more than what was on net menu and my husbands was almost $4 more. My meals coleslaw was maybe a tablespoon at best. I will NEVER spend another penny at this place. I didn't even eat the chicken..it was horrible. read more

I would not ever go there. My daughter works there and the policy is no matter what. Without a dr. note u have to work throwing up or what ever handling food. The owner's husband told me when I took my of age daughter to work sick throwing up and with a upset stomach they have soap and a trash can for her to throw up in or she was fired with out a doctor note. Come on she was handling customers orders and hand them to them. He also refused to give me my food I paid for throwing my money at me and telling me to leave cause a customer heard us and told him that was messed up. He also made the customer leave.I had the doctor come in later and I picked her up and meet the doctor at his office who said it was illegal for a business of food to let employee's work sick. She had a virus that other could catch. The doctor said if someone would go there catch her virus with a low immune system it could kill them. I reported them to l DEHEC . Who my daughter said came out and lowered there grade when the working went to the back and seen a employee handling food with no glove. But the Dehec worker allowed them to clean up and get another review. Which I feel was wrong. Since then the owner and her husband has been retaliating against my daughter.writing her up for not picking up nasty things on the bathroom floor. And today she took the wrong pants to her friend she called her job. The owner told her to go home and get the right ones she did she was a little late. Then the owner starting telling her how childish and irresponsible she was. Then she said she went to work and the owner's husband started yelling at her to smile or leave so she did. That made him madder For her to listen and smile, So he yelled at her and made her clock out and leave anyway. All I am saying is they treat the employee's like they are worthless and the food might be good but u need to be careful of eating there never no who my have a virus or be ill. Your family could be in danger of virus and gems at this place. Or at the other two location I know they own. They own both in Rock Hill and one in Fort Mill at Sutton Rd in the parking lot of Harris Teeter. My daughter has been working there 3 years and never been out of work or been late. Arrived at the Drive thru @ 8:45 pm. I ordered a Zalad, and was told they weren't making anymore Zalads. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich meal and drove straight to the window. I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich meal. It appears to me that although the restaurant is open until 9pm, the staff starts shutting down early. As I was waiting, I observed the window hostess wiping down counter tops and equipment with a rag, then reaching customer cups into the ice machine, and placing tops on cups without washing her hands. This used to be a well managed restaurant, good food, great service with a smile. The last year or two, the quality has really declined. Longer wait times, poor food quality, poor customer service. Can't really find any reason to go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I use to work here. People come in sick because they can't get a doctors note. Managers are rude and will write you up for something you didn't do. A lady said I had rolled my eyes (which I didn't) and they wrote me up!! There was no proof whatsoever. I highly recommend not working here. My hours were cut to hardly anything. I even got tired of another employee bullying me and absolutely nothing was done about it when I reported it to a manager. It's incredibly sad for me to write this review because i used to absolutely love this place and came here all the time but it has gone WAY downhill in this past year. I always ask for unsweet tea but get sweet and i don't use white sugar so that's disappointing. If i go during the day and happen to get this one girl (i can't think of her name) working the window then my order is A1 perfect but unfortunately she doesn't work all the time. it is also utterly revolting that i just had a worker admit to me that the unsweet tea isn't switched out at all during the day. THAT'S SICK! bacteria starts to multiply in tea after 4 hours which means it needs to be switched out. why do i have to tell someone in the restaurant business this information?! ridiculous. read more

Went to Zaxby's on Home Depot blvd in Rock Hill SC today. I have loved Zaxby's for a long time and always felt it a treat to go there. Today changes everything. I ordered two zensation sandwiches that come with an egg roll. Well mine came with an extra piece of Toast and no egg roll. I was also not asked if I wanted Zaxby sauce and did not get any. (Thinking it came with one per meal) So I spent 18 dollars and change for an incomplete and fraudulent order in my opinion. So I called the store 30 minutes later when I got home to tell them of my experience. She said she was sorry because they are at the end of the promotion and are out of egg rolls so they substitute toast for the egg roll. Number one they did not tell me that and give me the opportunity to change my order or even decide that is not what I want. Number two on the phone they gave me the chance to drive 30 minutes and gas back to make it right. Make it right the first time!!!!! I feel in my opinion they knew ahead of time they did not have the ingredients for the promotion but still charged for an incomplete meal. If I am eating a sandwich why do I want another piece of bread? In these times more than ever the money for eating out is very limited. I will not spend my money at Zaxby's in Rock Hill, SC Home Depot location. I will also not leave the window without checking my order not for a missing straw or something small but to make sure I'm not cheated out of something I ordered because the store inventory is lacking. i've been to this establishment and most of the workers in the front haven't been the best, but the cooks are the worst. i've seen a video of one of the cookers on snapchat in the bathroom eating food WITH his gloves on, i believe his name started with an M. The chicken is still frozen and sometimes under cooked when i get food from their and sometimes their workers are sick and working because they don't have a doctor's note. read more
