I waited for 70 minutes for 15 wings. At about the 70 minute mark, one of the other 15 people who were waiting yelled out "I've been waiting 2 hours, where are my wings?!" I left at that point and just gave up on the wings. If there was anyone working the counter I would have complained. The place itself was disgusting. Trash overflowing onto the floor right as you walk in. The kitchen was just as bad- trash and food all over the floor. Would give ZERO stars if I could. The staff is a bunch of the LAZIEST and SORRIEST group of folks I've ever heard of. To start, I never received my food or a refund. I had to resort to contacting corporate since this location can't be bothered to answer the phone. They will close at random cause they'd rather collect a paycheck than EARN it. To put into context, I placed an online order of $30+. My husband went to get the order. Through the glass door he seen several employees inside. A young man approached my husband at the door from inside and said, "WE CLOSED. CALL WINGSTOP FOR A REFUND". So I call wingstop, and guess what? Voicemail was full, probably full of other complaints begging for refunds. While my husband waited in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do next, he witnessed several customers going to the door while employees locked the doors and laughed in their faces. The sheer disrespect these deplorable workers shown is a testament to how awful rock hill has gotten. Wingstop corporate has been informed as well as the BBB. Do better. I hope the employees lose their jobs and get a lesson on how to be a decent or even humble human. read more

I tried the Rock Hill location again today. The customer service was better and the food was hot when it came out. One employee was very customer friendly and assisted with ice quickly when the Coke machine was out. It was a great difference from approximately one month ago. Overall a better experience than before. read more

TERRIBLE LOCATION!!!! I keep giving this place a try but they disappoint every time! Wait is 45 minutes plus even after ordering online (which is suppose to make it easier) then when you get there to pick it up they tell you they can't find it. This has happened several times. Food is COLD AND OLD. They have truly made me hate Wingstop. Management/owner needs to hire more people, they can't handle the large crowds!!!! I will never return or eat this crap again. So, I waited a couple weeks after grand opening to give this location a try. I wanted to let all of the excitement die down, and wanted to give them a chance to work out all of the kinks. I placed an online order, and when I walked in, the customer ahead of me was just wrapping up. When it was my turn, the young lady at the register just kinda looked at me. This made for an awkward moment, so I greeted HER, and told her I was there to pick up an online order. She asked for my name, and after I gave it to her, she wordlessly handed me my bag...and that was that. The whole exchange lasted a few seconds, but it was so weird that I had to laugh! There was no customer service skills to speak of! Anyway, the food was terrible! The wings weren't fried hard the way I requested, the skin was loose, and the meat was tough. The fries were ice cold, and undercooked. Man...I spent nearly $30 on this meal, and it was such a waste! The only positive is that my order was ready when I got there. That being said, I definitely won't be back any time soon. This location obviously needs more time to get it together. read more
