Stopped by to try the new Zensation Zalad as advertised on tv. The salad was ok, it's different and unique, sort of like an Asian salad. The citrus dressing was very tasty and sweet. But the star of the show was the Egg Rolls (2 for $3 special). Very good egg rolls with a yummy sauce to go with them. My only complaint was the lettuce in the salad seemed wilted and old, but the salad was still good. The girl at the drive thru seemed impatient, but once I got home and opened the bag to my surprise she had given me napkins, utensils, and extra salad dressings packages!! Good job. 3 stars for the less than perfect lettuce. But this "Zalad" is something new and different to try if you have a craving (which I did). read more

Got your attention? They only wish they had cars going around the building like Chik Fila for their chicken sandwich and great customer service. Both are really lacking at this location. I received my sandwich with a piece of the bun missing. Now I don't think anyone took a bite out of it, but what restaurant with a brand to protect would let something like that to leave the kitchen. I went back to show them, expecting at least an apology, what I got was attitude from a multi colored haired waste of space. She did finally say, would I like a refund. I refused since it came with no apology and a dose of attitude while it came so late I would rather call corporate HQ and review them on line. read more

The cheese bites are good if you like the heavy breading. I liked the fries I had with my meal, but the fries my son got in his Mr. Beast box was cold and barely cooked. They also forgot to give me my side order of Texas toast. The chicken sandwich was a little too salty, but the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Thought it was a chicken patty but it was two chicken strips in the sandwich. It was ok for trying it for the first time all the way from PA. The staff didn't look busy enough to mess up an order. They just handed the food over without a hi, bye or thanks. Try another location. Maybe it will be a better experience. read more

Ordered chicken finger plate with 6 fingers and got extra bread and extra coleslaw.... Also paid for extra ( which I'm not complaining about if I have actually gotten a full size of coleslaw) Definitely won't be asking for extra in the future read more

Zaxbys - My two sides of coleslaw... looks like one split in two - Chicken Wings Near Me - Jensen Beach, Florida

The grilled cobb salad was absolutely unedible along with the burnt toast and old fries. Drove 20 mins to waste $16.00 . The chicken was so hard and old with a grey tint to it and the veggies were so mushy! I figured the reciept was in the bag but to my surprise when I got home and realized how terrible the food wad the receipt was also not included. I called Zaxby's immediately told them I just left their drive thru and my exact order and the person "in charge" I believe hung up on me but when I called back he said it got disconnected.. He did not once apologize for the terrible food or inconvenience ... The food and the customer service at this location is lacking severely. :( I would like to hear from corporate as well as I have forwarded this info there too. read more

Worst fucking Zaxby's ever on my mom this shit was terrible as fuck. I don't know what the fuck these guys think they are feeding but they are literally dishing out fucking dog food. My chicken was slimy and chewy damn near uncooked. And the crazy thing about it is I actually love Zaxby's but this shit was beyond ridiculous. Also feel bad that I fed my wife this bullshit matter fact my pregnant wife this bullshit sorry that my baby had to even eat this dog food fucking shit you guys fed us. The only thing decent was the Sprite and the fries which they piled fucking seasoning in one spot and didn't even sprinkle it. My wife said it was bland but eatable .. fucking ridiculous. Sorry, not sorry but avoid this location at all cost. they don't take pride in making food... they make kfc and Popeyes 5 start restaurants compared to this bullshit.. I kid you not .. take heed of this review .. dingy ass location , dingy ass food. Smfh !! On a good note s/o to the guy who ran cash register. Respectful in such a low place .. get the fuck outta there dude while you can you are. Much better than that place read more

Picked up a grilled chicken zalad and it was so bad I couldn't eat it. Chicken was dried out jerky. Never going back. This place used to be good, but it has severely went down hill. Over $10 for a salad I couldn't eat. Never going back. read more

However being my favorite it is no longer, when we came in they were playing on their phone sound like they were having a party in the back a guy back there using really bad language we had to Hyatt at the counter to make him turn around to see us so they took the order quickly the fries were cold on one play warm on the other one and the guy went back to playing on his phone and all them in the back of talking loudly. So the food was a let-down and so is the kitchen crew so my visits here will be farther and farther apart. I'm surprised but they let the kitchen crew back their use words like MF especially with the public can hear it and I thought the owner which I've met before was better than that especially since I had my young granddaughter. read more

Out of town and decided to try Zaxbys for dinner. Lots of parking, clean place. We had never been here before so we asked the attendant for help. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. His name is Ryan. He was super nice and made us feel welcomed. The food portions were huge & delicious. Glad we came. Would come again! read more

Service was excellent. Angelina was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. The food was fresh and hot when I got it home. Enough to feed a family of 4 with leftovers and at such a reasonable price, I'd rather eat there than the nearby restaurant/bar establishments!!! read more

I had a very Horrible Experience at this store , I asked for "fresh food" and was given food that was definitely NOT fresh, I asked for a refund , the managers and workers were very rude, disrespectful, sarcastic and unprofessional... money was thrown in my hand , and was sarcastically told not to come back when they are busy if i wanted to deal with better service. I ask for names , store numbers , and a person in a higher position so that i could call and complain , and was told to "fuck off" .... I drove away because I didn't want to make the situation worse..... but this location is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I would not prefer this restaurant or location to ANYONE read more

Went to Port Saint Lucie this weekend and decided to try this place I've been hearing about. I love chicken and that's their specialty so I knew I would like it. I ordered their chicken finger plate with fries and a side of Zaxbys sauce. The portions are generous and the chicken was so good. It's soft, tender and barely any breading or grease to it. read more

The Assistant manager is very rude! After owing me a refund one person who said he was a manager Jason told me to come in whenever to correct the problem, he stated he couldn't refund me but could replace the food(which I was fine with) I was in the Jensen Beach area and decided to stop by to order food(I called 10 minutes prior to verify Jason was working and the offer still stands which it did) I pulled up to the drive through to order the same food on the receipt once I pulled to the window the Assistant manager immediately came to the window asking what was the problem, I tried explaining to her then she remembered me from the incident then proceeded to say "I already told you I'm not giving you shit" "Your problem isn't with us it's with corporate" I then tried to explain corporate only sends out responses to the GM to refund the order but I never got a reply from the Gm. Her words were my general manager already handled you, you already got a refund (which I never did) she then starts accusing me of giving them an insurance company number instead of the number I called which is 866-892-9297. She then says it's from two months ago basically saying I need to get over it! Excuse me I don't care if it's $1 from a year ago I want what's owed back to me. I paid for the order twice but only received one order at a different location over 35 miles away. I even called them to say don't make the food just so they wouldn't waste their food cause it was a app error. She then starts yelling to her brother Jason how she wasn't giving me anything, she remembers me etc. I asked her for her gm information like I did several times in the past but she still refused to give it to me. I don't care if she didn't give the food I would've still paid but you can't talk to people like they're trash or disrespect them then expect them to respect you. After I decided to match her energy she then says I'm going to call the cops but called a group of friends to handle the matter. I then called the cops because I have nothing to hide and the situation was minor to me she tells the cops several lies which is backed up by her brother and friends. She should be fired but even that probably won't help her nasty attitude. We owe you nothing! You only have a job because we the customers visit the location. The money from the customers is what keeps this business going. It's very hard to get in touch with the Gm or owner but they should look into their Assistant! She's not professional and customer skills suck! read more

We finally have a Zaxby's!! Their wings and things dinner is the best! Great seasoned fries, I could go on and on...

I've eaten at multiple Zaxby's locations over the years and this is by far the worst I've ever had for both food and service. The employees have a terrible attitude, the woman who was there working and gave us our food is the only thing that saved this review from getting 1 star. The chicken fingers were rock hard, the fries cold, and the toast burnt. My husbands salad was lifeless and came with about 4 pieces of chunked grilled chicken. We spent OVER $30 for literal sh*t food. Terribly disappointing. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Gross! Everything is fried and greasy and very unhealthy. I gave my lunch away and won't go back.

Today was my first time at Zaxby's. I've always wanted to try it because my sister worked at one in Georgia and said it was great! On our way home from the beach we noticed one recently opened in Port St Lucie, so we decided to stop. Once inside, my sister was explaining the menu to me and I was deciding on what to get. The cashier asked if our order was to dine-in or to-go, no greeting. Stephanie, which I'm certain is the Assistant Manager, helped us. Her demeanor and overall attitude was not welcoming at all and rude. Not once did we witness a friendly expression or an inviting feel from her. Her body language was so negative it left me with no desire to return. read more

This place is complete garbage. This place is a lower end chick-fil-a, but somehow it's twice the price. Also, the food has 7000 calories and they're not even worth it! 0/10 read more

Thank the Lord, Zaxby's has made its way to Stuart/Jensen Beach. I am a huge fan of Zaxby's and this location certainly does not disappoint! Don't bother with anything except the one meal that matters... The Chicken Tender Plate: A fried platter sent from the heavens to bless the souls of anyone who indulges in its glory. A+++ Oh, and you'll need an extra side of Zax Sauce. Otherwise, everyone will know you're a first timer. Don't be "that guy". read more

Wow, what a disappointment! I was with the understanding that this place was an upper scale chicken place. I would have been better off all around going to a KFC. The decor was cheap and low-end. I had a coupon for free Wings or chicken fingers, I ordered the chicken. It was so lame, no flavor, no crispness or crunch. I threw half of it out The staff was pleasant. The place was clean. I won't ever be back. read more

This Zaxby's is absolutely a fantastic place. Workers are quick, attentive, and have character. Loved the overall experience, free wifi, and fantastic onion rings. read more

My husbands favorite fast food restaurant is zaxbys- unfortunately every time we have gone the food is so salty I can never finish the meal.

One of my favorite places for quick fresh chicken salads! Love their Cobb and House salads... portions are large and filling. Wings and seasoned fries are also always fresh. Nice and friendly staff. Love this place! read more

This place rarely dissapointes and Sunday's you get a free fountain drink and it's huge. Check out my grilled Cobb salad and say damn.

Our group of 6 had never been to a Zaxby's anywhere. We gave it a try for a late lunch, and were pleasantly surprised. The cashier was patient with us, and took our orders accurately. The food tasted good. The chicken was juicy and tender, as well as seasoned to perfection. I selected iced tea for my beverage - the only thing that missed the mark, because it was sweet tea and not unsweetened (a Yankee mistake!). Compared to other places that specialize in chicken, Zaxby's is at the top of the list. read more

Excellent customer service! The food was just as I ordered and I was in and out in a timely fashion. :)

Let me start by saying thanks Chick Fil A for being closed on Sundays. If you weren't closed I may have not gone to Zaxbys. This was my first ever visit to a Zaxbys. I. Was aware of them. A five star from me means I was happy and I'm hard to please. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad which consists of salad tomatoes grilled chicken bacon eggs and other veggies. The salad also comes with 2 Texas toast wedges and 2 packets of your dressing of choice. To many to mention. Because it's Sunday you also get a medium soft drink. Has to be the biggest medium I've ever seen. Unlike C-Fil-A all salads are prepared fresh to order. Even without the beverage for $8.47 I got more than my money's worth. If every visit is this consistent then it's bye bye C-Fil-A. Unfortunately for me I have to go out of town to find one so sad. I'm sorry I didn't get a pic next time. read more

The entrance is weird- behind the building next to drive thru- and narrow. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The menu has full of high calorie selections but the "Zalads" were within my watch range. The Blue was my choice with blue cheese dressing of course. It was fresh and delicious and HUGE- size of a charger plate. The Texas toast was perfect. The dining area was clean and there are specials throughout the week. Kids (10 and under) eat free on Thursdays with purchase of an adult meal. (Limit 2) read more

Food is ok , but when the employees have a puffy head full of curly hair going all over the place! Well I prefer my food hair free! And I worked in the food industry for years we always had to wear hairnets! Hygiene is important! Employers need to remember this is a service industry appearance and again hygiene, with courtesy goes a long way if you want return customers! read more

Love the salads- and my family loves the sliders and fingers. We were there about 9pm Wed night (4/26) after my son's game- the staff were all so friendly, even though it was late and they had no AC in the kitchen area- took time to answer a lot of questions-and the dining room was spotless. (There were several customers there- but it was still very clean) best atmosphere and food we've experienced at a "fast food" establishment! P.S-- you HAVE to try the fried cheese nuggets! read more
