Horrible, horrible experience. Does McDonald's Corporation even care either? We were told to pull up to the, ever increasing number, of wait positions for our fries, 3 medium orders and that they would be up in 4 minutes. 11 minutes later we got cold fries. Went back thru the drive thru and complained. The manager told us new fries were coming up in 1 minute and asked if we would pull up again. Of course we had to wait 5 minutes to get those which he brought out. He was very nice though. Is that even fast food? Store number 1689 in Griffin, Georgia. If you are the owner, I wish you cared. Other people were also experiencing bad service. One lady had to get our of her car and go in because her order was wrong. For the money that McDonald's food cost now, can't customers even get a correct order anymore. I won't be going back and neither should anybody else until they get their act together. It's not rocket science to prepare fast food, but getting orders right is I guess.

The day crew seems to be very good at preparing sandwiches the way Subway would like.. that does not apply, however to the night crew. I knew we were in trouble when this boy came from around in back to take our order. This was not the first time that we have dealt with this young man.. and the three months since we first endured his sourness, his attitude nor his customer service as a SUBWAY® employee have not Improved one bit. This boy is completely lacking in any social, graces politeness, friendliness, or professionalism in anyway whatsoever.and the young lady that followed him out from the back was nicer, but very short, very curt, and apparently was mystified by the cash register when we finally got our sandwiches, which took a grand total of about 14 minutes for 2 6 inch sandwiches. She could not figure out how to ring it up so that I could use Apple Pay. This particular restaurant is owned by franchisee that has several around the Griffin Georgia area, and it is apparent that this particular franchisee does not give consideration to customer service because the other stores are just as bad or worse than this. The reason I gave this one star is because the potato chips were good. My recommendation is that if you want a Subway sandwich, go during the lunch hour, but if you want Subway for supper run as far away from this restaurant as possible and find somebody else..
