Food is always very mediocre compared to all the other Zaxbys out there. Wings are never fully sauced and fries are never seasoned enough. Service is decent but drive-thru can never understand me and is slow. read more

I am at this location for the first time with my family. We all ordered food and every bit of it was cold like it had been sitting back there for hours. I told the cashier and she did nothing but offer me a to go box to heat it up at home myself. Also, the ice machine and drink machine does not work. Do not recommend. read more

Drive-through was horrible, they had to ask me multiple times to repeat my order, I speak perfect English. They triple charged my debit card and my gift card balance was used as well but did not go towards my bill. Gift card showed zero after this as well. I got a statement from my bank, brought it in, the manager behind the counter said it I was charged in error and his manager/owner also said I was owed money back. They still refused to issue me a refund. I would strongly advise not to visit at this location. read more

Stopped here for a quick dinner. Drove through. Services was quick. My wife and I both ordered the chicken club salads. Nice size and good quality. Also got 10 chicken tender. Moist and tasty. I'm done with Chick-fil-A. No where near as good. read more

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes. The vehicle in front of us spent several minutes passing food back to restaurant workers before getting their order corrected. The same thing happened to us. We received the wrong salad, but accepted it anyway to keep from delaying others any longer. After all this there was no salad dressing included in the order. I loved this restaurant I will highly recommend coming back. The only problem is the ordering is sometimes not the correct serving. I asked for an extra zax sauce but instead I got only one. Which disappointed me a bit but in any other way this restaurant is very well read more

This was our first Zaxby's dining experience in a long long time and it could not have been better! We were driving through East Ellijay late and decided to stop for dinner. Not finding a lot open we pulled into Zaxby's and thought this would not be good based upon our Zaxby's experiences in the Nashville area over a few years. The place was packed with several buses of high school aged kids from a traveling sports team that were rude, loud, obnoxious and generally disrespectful despite their coaches efforts to control them. We decided to stay and placed our order and found a table. When our order arrived it was incorrect, not anything we didn't expect based on our past Zaxby's experiences. BUT, an employee, I believe either the manager or shift manager came by our table trying to pick up after the kids he apologized for the dining room and asked if everything was ok. Now, from our experience Zaxby's corporate culture teaches to blame the customer that they ordered incorrectly but he had a whole different attitude and told us he apologized for our wait and to keep the food we received and he would prepare our order correctly. Our order was served to us at our table and was perfect! I offered to pay for the second order since we had ate most of it and he would not accept. During our visit once the sports team departed the entire staff continually came by to apologize for the behavior of the other guests and asking about our meal and they went about cleaning the mess left behind. You may question 5 Stars for a place that got our order wrong but in the food business most if not all places make mistakes. It is the rare occasion when the staff goes above and beyond to acknowledge the mistake and to make it right with the customer. GREAT customer service is almost impossible to find in our culture today but this particular Zaxby's did it right and it was greatly appreciated. read more

Stood waiting for service for 10 minutes behind guests that did not have tender for payment. The cashier apologized and tried to take our order, only to have the manager Sean shout from the kitchen, "we should have locked our doors, we are closed". Poor floor control and disrespect to loyal customers of 12 years. Still recommend Zaxbys, but NOT this location. Go to Chick Fil A. read more

Took 25 minutes to even place an order. Another 15 to get our food. Inside is closed, if you want a bathroom go somewhere else. Online order cut everyone else in the line staff didn't even say anything about it. read more
