This is the best zaxbys I have been to in years. food was good but the customer service was great. Daniel, greeted me when I came in took my order and helped me pick my sauce. I have never had better customer service at a fast food restaurant. thanks Daniel! read more

The food was delicious, and the service was good, but my order was wrong. I don't think the cooks read the whole order, maybe you add numbers menu items. I received fingers instead of boneless wings (yes there is a difference) and regular slaw instead of Asian slaw, (again there is difference). I think they read buffalo and slaw. read more

8 pm on a Saturday, not busy. I usually like Zaxbys but the chicken had been sitting for awhile so not the best. The fries were ok, the toast was ok. With a senior discount the price was ok. Everything was just ok and it was just a short drive from our hotel. Here's a tip. When you're not busy, make the food fresh! read more

worst fuckin service doesn't give you what you order and make you wait 20 fucking minutes for food! let's not forget when you pay for somthing and you DONT GET IT. get ur shit together bro read more

What has happened to Zaxby's? I stopped going to the one in Dayton because of their rude behavior towards my daughter; this location is usually good, but not tonight. I ordered a fried Zensation Zalad through the app, along with some wings and a sandwich and my wife picked it up on her way home. When I took it out of the bag at home, what I actually got was 1/2 a bowl of sad looking wilted lettuce with no chicken or Asian dressing on it, and wings with no sauce. Not what you expect from a $12 salad and $9 for five wings. I guess they thought they'd make it up to me by giving me some nasty crinkle fries and a piece of bread that I specifically didn't order because I hate crinkle fries. I live 25 minutes away, so it wasn't even worth it to drive almost an hour round trip to get it fixed. Not pleased at all. This is just laziness. If your workers don't want to do their jobs, replace them. You won't stay in business much longer if they can't or won't do their jobs. Guess I won't be going back to this location anymore either, and rest assured I'll spread the word. Unacceptable. My entire order was $31! $31 and 2/3 of it was trash. At least the sandwich was right. -5 stars if I could give it. read more

I pulled into the drive thru at 8:25 pm on a Tuesday looking to buy some AMAZINGLY overpriced traditional wings only to be told that it would be a 15 minute wait. If your only job is to sell chicken, either have it or close. Why on earth is this town getting a third location when they can't manage what's already here??? read more

Husband stopped today to get lunch for workers and I. They of course already ate theirs before I received mine. I opened my grilled house salad and was mixing in the dressing when I noticed something odd...a ROACH in my salad!!! Had to throw an entire $10 salad in the garbage and I sure hope their food didn't have anything in theirs.... Purely disgusting!! We eat Zaxby's a lot, but I for sure won't in a very long time, if ever! read more

I stopped in to grab something different and to try a different location in Cleveland. I ended up getting a few chicken little's have always seen them but never tried them. So for the size yes there little but the flavor spot on. The bun toasted but dry with a almost garlic bread taste. If the bun wasn't hard and was soft it would be a 5/5 but had to bring it down to a 4. read more

Y'all this place has everything- chicken, French fries, toast... Pretty much all the food groups. We got exactly what we ordered which was an absolute relief! We're very bad at puzzles and it's been a while since Mystery! taught us anything new. Anyway the chicken salad chicken was a little weird tasting, like too much of something that supposed to be only a little bit of it. The rest was tight. The weather channel was on but it was playing something about extreme weather. Extreme can be cool but y'all ice growing up from a bowl on the back porch ain't that cool. You know what is cool??? Our friend did all the graphic design for all the signage up in there. That's what's up Kennayyyy #icanrap read more

Save yourself some time and money and don't come to this location. Went through the drive thru just to come home to cold fries and chicken that had probably been sitting there. Nothing was hot or fresh. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i definitely would. The workers didn't even notice me at the front because they were all talking in the back for 10 minutes. Then, when i ordered my wings they left out 4 wings and they gave me small wings the size of a bottle cap. Barely even a full bite. Ridiculous. They also gave me a very small portion of fries. read more

Almost average at best. Similar to chicken from McD's, Hardees, and BK. Not even close to Popeye's or even KFC for taste and snap. Service was lackadaisical. Wish they had kept the egg roll and put that cost towards a flavorful chicken. Locally, there's no comparison to Chic-Fil-A for taste and service. read more

Zaxbys changed their menu. They no longer serve the club with chicken fingers. The club is what I got for years and now they make it different and I like it better the old way. Michelle took my order but would not give me the food that I ordered. She substituted my order for just chicken fingers. Do not go to Zaxbys they will not fulfill your order. I will no longer be going to zaxbys. read more

Great chicken, great fries, great sweet tea and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! What more can one ask for? Some of the best chicken fingers known to man. If you're looking for something a bit different, you might have them dipped in sweet-and-spicy sauce (or sub that for the ranch and hot sauce on the Kickin' Chicken sandwich)... Great food, good prices, consistency and fairly fast... read more

Poorest customer service I ever had in my life .. waited over 30 minutes for my food , which we NEVER Got .. ask for my money Back and it was a MAJOR ISSUE.. lady even tried to short me several dollars .. left with NO FOOD after 40 minutes... Everything is bland here. I'm sure cardboard tastes better than the swamp rat they try to pass off as chicken here. Ive given them several tries because for some reason I don't understand my husband loves it and I've never ever not even once had anything that tastes remotely good. Save your money and just eat the box your refrigerator came in. read more

I've never eaten here before. Good was ok. It's kinda pricey. It feels like it wants to be a sit down restraurant. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. I don't think I'll go back. read more

Went to Zaxby's last night after a long day, only to find a roach in my fried mushrooms. I've heard stories of this happening to other people that went to this same exact Zaxby's location but didn't think it was true or it would even happen to me well it did last night! Will never go back! read more

Food is usually good and is priced fairly..and they accept coupons, etc. The down side is that the facility could be much cleaner, tables bussed, etc. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Outside tables need bussed more often.. Catchup or tea pot is usually not working.. Outside sign rarely works at dusk (timer needs resetting)..Very dark parking lot with no sign or lights outside. read more

Zaxby's and Chick-fil-a...good fast chicken. Not down home, not Southern, just fast chicken with some great dippin' sauce! Start with the fingers and make your way around the menu. Added boneless wings not to long ago. Sweet tea is right up there w/Chick-fil-a's as well! They have one in Hixson as well. read more

I am writing this review mainly about the sweet and smoky sandwich meal. At seven dollars it is on par with the rest of their menu and two dollars more than a basic chicken sandwich combo meal at the cheaper fast food restaurants. Taste wise I liked the potato bun but the bacon flavored cream sauce was not very impressive. The kicken chicken sandwich meal will remain my favorite menu option from zaxby's and I will continue to visit chick fil a and Wendy's for most of my chicken sandwich needs and only visit zaxby's on occasion. read more

Today , 2/1/2017 was a terrible experience. We paid $40 for raw wings. I brought one of the pieces to the manager, but she just said it was how the bone was, even though I knew she was lying.I went ahead and accepted what she said because I was with my son and wife, but anyone can tell, that chicken is unacceptable. They need to learn how to cook their food. We need be hard in the regulations any one can cook over here with out any training only few videos and yessssss you are a Chef Terrible they don't care about for sure read more

Slow service, I ordered a Caesar salad, they asked me what dressing even though I already said, then they tried to give someone else my food and the people said it wasn't theirs and then the workers set it on the hood of their car and started rummaging through it, then after all that, they gave me HONEY MUSTARD when I told them TWICE that I wanted CAESAR! We did have good entertainment in the parking lot of a drunk guy dancing to absolutely nothing while waiting 20 minutes for our food. read more

As a huge fan of zaxby's, eating it every where I go. The worst zaxby's I have ever been. If you want to eat here you should order a day in advance, incompetent staff with no regard for customer service. I have waited 25+ minutes in line at this zaxby's 3 different times to get home with the wrong order 2 of those 3 times! Hate it for the brand read more

Don't know how much I can really say about a fast food joint however on a trip to Tennessee this was where we stopped to grab my niece some lunch as well as a few things for my sister and myself. The girl working the drive-through was really friendly and helpful and we got everything pretty quickly. They don't have a ton of really healthy options however they do offer a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad as well. If you are looking for a different alternative to other fast food I definitely recommend checking this place out. It's really close to the interstate so if you're on a long drive you can get something to eat and then get on your way. read more

Like all other zaxby's... great food, maybe a little overpriced, decent service and speed, amazing delicious zaxby's sauce. Mmmmmmmm. Sorry, I love the sauce. If you've had zaxby's, you know what to expect. If you haven't and like chicken then I highly suggest giving it a try. read more

I don't know how this place is so high up on the rankings for places to eat in Cleveland, higher than Olive Garden and Monterrey? Really?? I stopped eating here several years ago after every trip resulted in SLOW service both at the drive thru and inside. My mom once found a little piece of gravel in one of her salads that hurt her tooth when she bit down on it. I once saw the teenage employees doing kind of gross things behind the counter while making food, and I walked right out and said never again! read more

Sure - it's a chain chicken place. Service is decent and the food is reasonably consistent. There are better options in town, however.

I would like to talk about poor customer service, i understand that we are talking about a fast food restaurant. I went into zaxbys today for lunch trying to get lunch for me and my one year old and i was trying to get some chicken fingers tossed in buffalo sauce but trying to get 2 not tossed because i was trying to share it with my child and i had the manager tell me that they would not do it bc it was againt compan policy. What kind of company policy prevents me from being able to share food with my one year old bc you are refusing to leave 2 chicken fingers untossed so he can eat. Zaxbys used to be one of my favorite go to places for a quick bite but if zaxbys company policy prevent me from sharing food with my child then it is not an establishment that i will be dining at. I would gladly give u a 0 but yelp does not allow that but a 0 is what you deserve because now i have a screaming toddler that has not eaten because of your so called policy. read more
