The food was delicious, and the service was good, but my order was wrong. I don't think the cooks read the whole order, maybe you add numbers menu items. I received fingers instead of boneless wings (yes there is a difference) and regular slaw instead of Asian slaw, (again there is difference). I think they read buffalo and slaw. read more

What has happened to Zaxby's? I stopped going to the one in Dayton because of their rude behavior towards my daughter; this location is usually good, but not tonight. I ordered a fried Zensation Zalad through the app, along with some wings and a sandwich and my wife picked it up on her way home. When I took it out of the bag at home, what I actually got was 1/2 a bowl of sad looking wilted lettuce with no chicken or Asian dressing on it, and wings with no sauce. Not what you expect from a $12 salad and $9 for five wings. I guess they thought they'd make it up to me by giving me some nasty crinkle fries and a piece of bread that I specifically didn't order because I hate crinkle fries. I live 25 minutes away, so it wasn't even worth it to drive almost an hour round trip to get it fixed. Not pleased at all. This is just laziness. If your workers don't want to do their jobs, replace them. You won't stay in business much longer if they can't or won't do their jobs. Guess I won't be going back to this location anymore either, and rest assured I'll spread the word. Unacceptable. My entire order was $31! $31 and 2/3 of it was trash. Y'all this place has everything- chicken, French fries, toast... Pretty much all the food groups. We got exactly what we ordered which was an absolute relief! We're very bad at puzzles and it's been a while since Mystery! taught us anything new. Food is usually good and is priced fairly..and they accept coupons, etc. The down side is that the facility could be much cleaner, tables bussed, etc. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. Outside tables need bussed more often.. Catchup or tea pot is usually not working.. I am writing this review mainly about the sweet and smoky sandwich meal. At seven dollars it is on par with the rest of their menu and two dollars more than a basic chicken sandwich combo meal at the cheaper fast food restaurants. Taste wise I liked the potato bun but the bacon flavored cream sauce was not very impressive. The kicken chicken sandwich meal will remain my favorite menu option from zaxby's and I will continue to visit chick fil a and Wendy's for most of my chicken sandwich needs and only visit zaxby's on occasion. read more

Today , 2/1/2017 was a terrible experience. We paid $40 for raw wings. I brought one of the pieces to the manager, but she just said it was how the bone was, even though I knew she was lying.I went ahead and accepted what she said because I was with my son and wife, but anyone can tell, that chicken is unacceptable. Don't know how much I can really say about a fast food joint however on a trip to Tennessee this was where we stopped to grab my niece some lunch as well as a few things for my sister and myself. The girl working the drive-through was really friendly and helpful and we got everything pretty quickly. They don't have a ton of really healthy options however they do offer a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad as well. If you are looking for a different alternative to other fast food I definitely recommend checking this place out. It's really close to the interstate so if you're on a long drive you can get something to eat and then get on your way. read more

I would like to talk about poor customer service, i understand that we are talking about a fast food restaurant. I went into zaxbys today for lunch trying to get lunch for me and my one year old and i was trying to get some chicken fingers tossed in buffalo sauce but trying to get 2 not tossed because i was trying to share it with my child and i had the manager tell me that they would not do it bc it was againt compan policy. What kind of company policy prevents me from being able to share food with my one year old bc you are refusing to leave 2 chicken fingers untossed so he can eat. Zaxbys used to be one of my favorite go to places for a quick bite but if zaxbys company policy prevent me from sharing food with my child then it is not an establishment that i will be dining at. I would gladly give u a 0 but yelp does not allow that but a 0 is what you deserve because now i have a screaming toddler that has not eaten because of your so called policy. read more
