I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom, who is in her 60s. She complained about numerous…read morethings. She said she's never going to another Sherwin-Williams for the rest of her life. This is what happened to her: 1) The lines are very long. She waited over an hour to give her samples to get the color only to find out that she had to come back because the store didn't have the mixer. So, she ordered something and was asked to come back the next day -- only to find she was missing a bucket of paint in her order. 2) They didn't have the yellow paint she had asked for and said that they needed a bigger sample than the one my mom could provide, so she had to return with a bigger sample. Then, the guy helping her spent a long time doing the accounting and finally charged her. But when the contractor my mom hired went to pick up the paint they wouldn't give it to him because the worker at Sherwin-Williams had UNDER-CHARGED her and needed the full payment. 3) My mom called to see if she could take care of the payment over the phone, but the guy said that she couldn't and needed to go to the store in person. She went again, waited 10 minutes, and the guy said he had made a mistake. She was so upset that he made her go out to the store for a 4th time. Mom says this place is crazy and outrageous and the workers are completely incompetent. Don't go.
