The first floor as various things for making your own furnishings, such as materials, cottons etc and on the ground floor you'll find a wide range of products from cleaning materials, DIY, kitchen wares as well as clothes, kids, mens and ladies to sweets crisps and various confectionery. When I contacted their "customer service team" they asked me to upload photos to prove that the item was not as described. They then refuted the claim, but after much back and forth they eventually agreed to accept a return. There were further (avoidable) frustrations trying to negotiate who would pay for shipping (and how much.) This is not the first time I have had an issue retuning an item to them so be confident before you order. I buy from other comparable stores (End Clothing, Peggs & Son, etc) who's customer service has been outstanding in comparison.
