Unreliable. Flaky. No show. Poor communicator. These are just four of the terms I could use to…read moredescribe Tom (Peerless) at "Peerless Pressure Washing." I should have taken the time to actually look for these reviews BEFORE I hired this awful service provider for a crucial project. If I had done so I would have noticed that the only other Yelp review this company has is one that is by someone who is clearly and obviously a fake sock puppet by the name of "Tom P." Hmmmmmmmm. Could this be "Tom Peerless?" Of course Tom P's "review" was rightfully blocked by Yelp due to its obvious fakeness, as this one will (most likely) be because of its low rating. (Doesn't Yelp automatically block most/all one star reviews anyway?) I should have known about this service, should have checked into it, that's on me . . . but this will be on you if you do not heed my advice. Think about what I have just told you, and learn from my mistake, which was hiring this guy. He doesn't do much but make you look bad to your clients. (I'm a Real Estate Agent). Do yourself and your clients a big favor . . . keep looking for a reliable roof and pressure washing service, because this one. . . . isn't it. BTW, this service does have a few reviews on another online review provider, (which also reek of sock) but the newest one is over a year old. Aren't you glad you read the "blocked" reviews? This is where all the good stuff is, anyway.

Historically, each company that cleaned our roof resulted in loose, cracked and even broken roof tiles. Our tiles are no longer made so it becomes an expensive, time consuming and near impossible task to repair them. We did not have that problem with Peerless Pressure Washing! Tom uses a gentle but highly effective method and the results were better than anything I had seen since owning our home (10 years). He and his crew also painted the exterior of our home and we couldn't be happier. Bottom line- if you are looking for an HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL company that EXCEEDS your expectations you should call Tom. I am so glad I did.

The workers Nate, Travis, and Carlos could not have been nicer. Everything they did was organized, clean, and layed out professionally and they all worked very safely which was also important to me. They are truly a five star company with not only excellent workers but very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend 100%.
