The pretzel arrived early and it was delicious and I dipped it into my sweet mustard. The white sausages arrived later in a bowl of boiling hot water. I just picked it out and placed it on my plate and then threw the other sausage back into the boiling water to keep it warm. The white sausage is a very little taste with specks of green running through it. It is a "light" gentle sausage. The sauerkraut was delicious! The dish needed a veggie and I am glad that I ordered it. The gentle sausage with the cabbage and tang and sweetness played perfectly together. Beer: They had 4 beers on tap. Weinhaus Neumann (beverage and wine store) on my first trip. Now I make a point to visit this fine establishment every time I am in the area. The building is classically European. The selection of wines and beers is second to none. The employees are friendly and helpful and the prices are fair. I love this place!
