I happened to find Zana's Daycare through Yelp while I was in need of immediate infant care for my baby #2. Knowing that the school year started for my older child and my parents no longer could take care of my little one while I work, I was desperate to find a person who can take care of my little... it was almost a miracle that my workplace is right around the corner from Zana's Daycare. Once I talked to the owner, Zana, and visited her place- I knew this was the right place for my baby. The place was neat and clean in a home setting. There were lots of sunlight in kids' playroom and outdoor space for little ones to play! The big companies that I visited right before Zana's Daycare were just busy laying out the prices before they showed me the quality care and passionate core values they provided their perspective families... so within 1hr of my initial phonecall with the owner Zana, I called her back telling her that I am sending my precious baby to her place starting in 2 weeks. That was September 2025. Since then, my baby #2 is content and happy to go see "Ms.Zana" everyday and her little friends. She is growing healthy and tall everyday. My baby comes home learning something new everyday and surprises me with new words nowadays. She was 17months old when she started Zana's Daycare and is looking at 24months now. She loves Zana! The Daycare cost is very affordable compared to other places nearby and Zana does provide quality care for babies and toddler for sure! Zana is so good with kids. My daughter loved going there. Within a 2-3 days after starting, my daughter was fan of her. She went there for 8 months as we recently transitioned her to a pre-K facility. She misses her Zana aunty. The owner farzana is very disgusting. In the beginning, she was very nice and kept pushing me to write some good reviews about her facility. Then I did. When I visited her place, she told us that her facility close at 6:00pm. However, I usually pick up my daughter around 5:30. She was mad. I found out there was still some poo left on my daughter's diaper in the last few months when my daughter went to preschool. My daughter's skin is very sensitive and her butt went red very quickly. I don't think that she is doing her job. She is not caring. Plus, every week, I gave her two pack of wipes that were gone quickly. (from Cosco a big box of wipes) I don't think that she is a honest person ever. read more

We absolutely loved Zana's daycare. Our son started going to her daycare last year, when he was 3 years old. Farzana took extra steps to make him comfortable, he did not cry during his initial days. Eventually he loved going to Zana's daycare. Zana is a really nice lady, she has a warm and caring nature. She is easy going and very flexible. Our son never had a problem in her daycare. When she was closed for a few months during COVID, we kept our son home and sent him back as soon as she opened. She takes all the COVID precautions, keeps her daycare very clean. This review is long due. Ms.Zana is very caring, highly trained, affectionate and professional. Extremely clean setting, a lot of love and warmth towards our boy. Prior to Zana's our son struggled with adapting to cookie cutter approach day cares such as bright horizons. Our boy loves going to Ms. Zana's care and has never thrown a fit. Speaks volumes to the quality of care and fun the kids have. My son attended this daycare from 13-18 months! The owner is so kind, and very knowledgeable on child development. She provided milk, as well as lunch and snacks. The daycare is immaculately clean, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I felt like our family hit the jack pot after being accepted into this daycare. My daughter has been going to Zana's for a year now. She provides a safe and clean environment, treats children very well and teaches them good habits and manners. When you enter her house, you can't but notice that everything is organized, neat and clean. On busy mornings when I drop off my daughter, I'm not worried that she hasn't had her breakfast or I haven't had the time to pack her lunch. I just hand off my daughter and drop a word and Zana makes sure my daughter is fed and happy. It's unfortunate you don't want to go back and forth, or I would have loved to be enlightened about what was fiction here. However, based on how the events turned out for us in this time, we want to sincerely thank you for this bitter experience. Thanks to you, we found an exceptional daycare for our son and I am happy to tell you he is thriving there. He loves to play with his friends there, relishes the food and his speaking skills have also picked up exponentially! So again, thanks for all you did or didn't do. The first time I visited Zana's Daycare, I knew it was going to be perfect. Farzana is warm, caring, and nurturing. Her place is clean, spacious, and looks like a fun place for a youngster to hang out. The other kiddos there seemed very happy and well-behaved. We started going there when our little guy was 7 months old. He's now 12 months old. And, every day when Farzana greets us at the door, his eyes light up and he does a little dance. He loves it there so much, and we love that he loves it. I feel so lucky to have found this place and gotten a spot for our little one. Both of my children are currently being cared for by Farzana. My oldest daughter is 4 and my youngest daughter is 15 months. I brought my oldest daughter to her when she was just 6 weeks old. Farzana's house is always very clean, and the kids are always happy. Farzana shows the children love and affection, which is great. My girls get a healthy lunch every day and healthy snacks too. Very reasonable pricing. Like any daycare, the kids sometimes come home a little dirty, but to me that's a sign of them playing and having fun. I had so much potty training resistance from my oldest, and Farzana stepped up and started potty training her. So far it has been a success. I can't say enough about the quality care she provides. We've been taking my 2, almost 3, year old to Zana's for about 8 months now. We had just moved to the neighborhood from South SJ. She has always been a genuine, caring person. I asked her when I needed to drop my son off to get breakfast (our last daycare wouldn't feed him if he came a min after 8am). She said he's family and she will feed him whenever he's hungry. We love that she considered him family from day 1. My son starting hitting other kids at his old daycare for the last 2 weeks he was there (he had been bit 3 times and got hit by other kids. It was chaos). I asked her how he was doing his first week there and she said he was sweet and got along with everyone. He comes home happy everyday, unlike before. It was comforting to know the kids who were already enrolled had been since they were babies. We even ran into parents in the driveway who told us Zana had been great with their family for years and were sad to take their daughter out because she was starting kindergarten. Zana is fantastic!!! my 3 kinds having been going here for around a year. The backyard is clean and safe, the house is clean and safe. My kids have never had an issue coming here. My husband and I work full time so we've had the kids in various other care facilities until we found Zana. We have been here ever since. Zana herself is a wonderful woman. She is caring and personable. She has experience with twins. Mine are about 20 months old and there are another set of twins just a tad younger than mine. I also have a 4 year old.
