‼HORRIBLE‼ 2 days before our set appointment to get married they called to cancel because they casually forgot to let us know the notary that was marrying us wasn't going to be there and if we wanted we could wait 3 weeks until she came back. When I asked her how could they forget, the person over the phone kind of giggled like it was some sort of joke. We had to pay even more to get someone so last minute to marry us since everything was paid for already. We had made our appointment 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! And they called 2 days before to cancel it. Don't come here unless you want your special day ruined by these unprofessional people. read more

Awesome had a great experience getting married there . It was cheap and very fast. Great service .

don't come waste your time here trying to get help, worst costumer service so rude and unprofessional. I visited this location to get some paperwork translated, the front desk young lady gave me a nasty attitude when I told her my paperwork wasn't translated correctly. I hope y'all get out of business. y'all need to tell that young lady to treat people with respect read more

Do not get your taxes done here!!!!! This establishment is very unprofessional. I schedule an appointment for 3:30pm. Was forgotten in the lobby for an hour and half. During that hour and a half I rescheduled my appointment with H&R Block, and saved money too. Also, I was confused with the daycare they had in the back room. Zamora is a weird place. read more

Very helpful. Helped us with our immigrations documents. With covid, it took almost a year for documents to get processed. But we were able to get all the documents prepared and sent in no time. We would definitely recommend. read more

Zamora services helped my mother with her immigration process. She received her green card in less than a year after the immigration forms were submitted. They were extremely helpful and efficient. Whenever we had a question or problem Haydee was always there to help with no additional charges. We also do our taxes here! Definitely worth checking this place out !! I would suggest making an appointment! read more

Terrible! Do not go here! They gave me the wrong live scan services and they did not give me a refund even though they were the ones who fucked up. Don't bother with this place, they don't care about their customers. If you want to waste your money for nothing, this is the place to be! read more

This place has no order I swear! Just wasted 4 hours waiting to be seen for nothing. They have people coming in and out it's super busy they should at least go by the order. The lady that greets you is rude also. Super disappointed read more

Worst place ever! My husband and I came to get our marriage license and we paid ahead of time so they can marry us as well at the place where we wanted to get married. The day of the wedding, they ended up not showing up! They didn't leave an emergency number for us to call. I called on a Monday and they said that they were so sorry, that they got a new appointment book and they didn't write down the appointment. She started blaming the other people for her mistake. When we went in, they told me that they weren't going to keep me a full refund because they were paying out of pocket for us to get the license, and if we wanted, she could of signed everything like if she was the one that gave us the ceremony, my husband said no, that if she can just give us our money back and the license free because of what she made us go through! Don't go to this place! read more

I got screwed over from another guy that had filed my taxes and I came over to Zamora to seek clarification and guidance on what was going on and get help. I could not be happier with their services! They went above and beyond to help me, were extremely patient with answering all my questions and also explaining everything. I felt taken care of and heard. I will always be going to them from now on!! read more

At first I was a little scared by all the negative reviews but I decided to go in for a try since this is the nearest immigration service that does translation and notary. I went in at about 10:05 and the lady was on the phone. So I just took a seat and waited for a few minutes. Then, she greeted me warmly and we went straight to the topic. Everything was processed very smoothly and efficiently! Service was beyond great. Besides, she was also taking some relevant questions on my passport application as well. Usually, I don't do reviews but I am just a little upset at the negative reviews on here. Will update when I get the translated doc. read more

They started my visit in a negative way.. They are suppose to open at 10:00 am.. They did not open until 10:16 am.. There were 4 of us waiting outside.. Unfortunately they did not help us in the order we arrived.. The last person that arrived outside was the first one helped.. This is before anybody has had a chance to sign in.. While the rest of us were waiting another person came in.. She told one of the workers that was about to call the next name that she only had a question.. She asked the question but was being helped.. After waiting for about half and hour both workers still were helping their original costumers.. Two of which were not suppose to be helped.. They might do a good job at what they do but they provide bad service. I just got up and walked out read more

The lady Irene I'm not sure of her name exactly but I think she's in charge. I had to wait 2 weeks for her to actually be there because she was always out. I needed an amendment on my marriage license which I was told would be free for some reason. She did the changes and took about an hour and a half because she kept making the same small mistakes, we could of been out of there in 20 min but she obviously isn't professional. The price seemed way over priced, she couldn't even specify why she was charging so much. It seemed like she was making things up as she went. After the long wait & her overpriced prices she still had the audacity to ask for a tip. read more
