Quick glance:
+ very close to Earl's Court exhibition centre
+ great value for money
+ quirky mugs
- a bit crowded on space
I came here for an early lunch with a colleague when we were visiting an exhibition at the nearby Earl's Court. For just over £10, my colleague had a burger and a soft drink, while I had an English breakfast with a coffee. What an awesome price for London anywhere, let alone near an exhibition centre where food and drinks could easily double in price (and expensed on business accounts).
The food itself was nothing amazing - usual cafe food like sandwiches, pastries, English breakfast, etc., but portion size was generous and represents great value for money. The cafe seems to have a random collection of mugs for the coffees which made me smile.
The only downside is that it's pretty crowded inside the cafe so if you are carrying a lot of bags and documents on a cold, winter day, you may have to do a bit of juggling act to get yourself seated.
Overall, Zamazingo Cafe is a lovely little joint offering honest prices for filling food, nice coffee and tea, yummy cake, all served up with a smile from the staff. read more
