I only ordered fish, chips and potatoe cakes nothing out of the ordinary. When I asked how much longer my order would be I was told 20 minutes. When I went back 30 minutes later to ask again where my order was they admitted that they had not even began to cook my order. I was shocked that people continue to order and receive their meals yet mine had yet to be cooked. I immediately got a refund and will never return their again. Prices are reasonable ($10 for a fish and chips pack) although drinks are slightly expensive at $4 for a 600ml bottle. Again, seafood is fresh and orders are delivered quickly. We walked in and the worker walked out from the back, glanced at us, then turned his back to us without so much as a Hi or I'll be right with you. We stood there while he carried on doing whatever he was doing, and after a couple of minutes we looked at each other and said "let's not bother". As we left I said to him something about his pathetic customer service. If he's an Employee then he needs retraining, if he's the Owner, then shame on him. There are no tables and chairs, and with such terrible customer service, I'd give this place a miss if you are just passing through.
