I'm so glad I did!! The office is SO nice and inviting. The decor is modern, the reception staff were polite and helpful, the nurses we SO nice and Dr. Lacuesta was very nice as well. Plus, their whole records system was computerized so my prescription was immediately sent to my insurance service and mailed to my house within days (normal timeframe). The lab staff and receptionists were…read moreextremely unprofessional -- they rushed me off the phone, didn't listen to my concerns, and repeatedly miscommunicated information to the doctor. When I tried to ask questions about serious side effects from a prescribed medication, I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at. I've personally known someone who died from complications due to medication side effects, so I take this seriously. I called the office seven times trying to get a safer alternative, and each time I was either ignored, misunderstood, or given another medication with severe side effects. Instead of showing concern, they made me feel like a burden for simply wanting treatment that won't put my health at risk -- especially considering my age and medical history. I was brought to tears by how I was treated. I am absolutely done with this office and will never return. It's clear that they prioritize speed over safety, do not take individual risks or age into account, and have no interest in genuinely communicating with or supporting their patients.

Each did not meet the basic needs of making me feel as if I were even at the appointment or heard a word I said. Additionally, one doctor said I did not have heart disease (Cardiologist) another said I did. My encounter with this office took place couple years ago. I decided to give it a review. I still…read morecan't shake this experience off years later. My regular PCP was out on maternity leave. I decided to try this physician. It was time for my physical, no major issues. The minute I got in, the front office seemed to be super hectic and stressed. They checked me in, no smile, no hello, cold and impersonal. I sat in the waiting room for quite a bit, around 30 minutes and I was getting antsy. I walked to the front desk to ask how much longer will I wait. I was told doctor will see you when she will see you. Welp, that's a bit odd I thought. I waited another 45 minutes. Again, no one bothered to say anything nor apologized to me. I got up again and I said to the front desk person that I am leaving. She informed me that if I leave now I will be charged $30.00 no show fee. I responded to her that I showed up for my scheduled appointment but your doctor failed. They called her in and I was seen within another 10-15 minutes. I really wished I have left when I had a chance. The doctor acted like nothing happened. No apologies, no acknowledgement of 2 hour delay. What professional does this??? She was useless in answering my questions. I ask her about some pain in my ribs and I also suggested possible reason. She just went with it and agreed with me. It's almost like she was trying to get rid off me, which actually makes sense taking under consideration she was two hours behind. I have never seen such a poor treatment of a patient in the physician office. Make a judgement for yourself but I highly discourage anyone to even consider this office for any medical treatment you may need.

There is nothing as frustrating as not feeling right and having one doctor after another tell you…read more"it's in your head," "you're just getting older," or worst yet, "here is yet another drug to make the symptoms go away." I didn't want to treat the symptoms, I wanted to eliminate the cause once and for all. After spending thousands of dollars and reading hundreds of books to understand my symptoms, I realized I needed to find a doctor that understood how to use supplements and herbs, and who truly understood when and how to use the very accurate tests that are out there, but insurance won't pay for. It has taken us a year, but the issues are going away or have cleared altogether. All my research has verified what he already knew and unlike the dozens of other doctors and specialists, the proof is in how much better I feel and the results. You need to be your own advocate and do your research, or you won't appreciate how incredibly skilled he is at getting to the bottom of what is ailing you. The negative reviews he has gotten come from a place of ignorance. If you are looking for a pill pusher, you will likely not appreciate Dr. Gawrysz and will find something to complain about. If you are willing to invest time into actually healing yourself, and eliminating what is causing you to be ill, he will absolutely help you heal. The supplements work, but sometimes they require months to correct the damage over time. The tests are expensive, but absolutely worth it! You will finally have accurate answers! I was sick and tired of other doctors doing the tests insurance covered and telling me "I am at the low end of normal." Feeling like crap isn't normal, and it wasn't acceptable. In my case, he identified several overlapping issues that were all exacerbating each other. Figuring out the correct treatment required unraveling all the knots to come to a successful outcome, but he figured it out! You will never sit for an hour or two in the waiting room. At longest, on only one or two occasions, I waited 10 minutes. The Saturday hours are critical if you don't have the luxury of being able to take off from work.
