I was kinda surprised I never reviewed before. No, we are not there a lot, however when we have been there, the service has been courteous and relatively quickly. I have sent several people I know who, when I see them, have thanked me for sending them. As to prices, I think all jewelry stores are expensive. D&D fall in line with an other area jewelry stores. If you want cheap, there is a Walmart about 2 miles south, if you want quality, knowledge and courteous service, this is where you should come. I would highly recommend going here. If you do have an issue, either D or D are there to talk to pretty much every hour the store is open.

He proceeded to do it, but I noticed he was slow and acting as if he were doing it for the first time. In fact, he dropped one of the bracelet pins and had to go down on all four to find it. That's when I noticed the floor of the store was littered with small bits of everything. He also criticized my choice of watch, hinting that it might be counterfeit and that I should have come to buy one from him instead of purchasing online. He removed two links and charged me $8, which is OK with me. I returned later as the watch was still too loose and suggested a microadjustment. I also brought in another watch to replace the battery. In the end he fixed the watch but about a week later I noticed one of the links barely hanging from the bracelet because he hadn't driven it in well. I took it to another store where they fixed it promptly. Moral of the story: the man in charge doesn't seem to care much about the store or his customers, the place is dusty and dark. Not really inviting. Somewhat interesting pieces but not worth a trip back.

He said he found it and went to put it on and I told him that wasn't mine it was someone else's so he looked again and made a comment that the guy the night before was supposed to clean the room and sweep the floor.
