The whole process and the work they did was outstanding. I did not realize what a huge undertaking this was, but from the beginning everything was explained to me step by step. I am still hoping for an amicable resolution, so that I can revise this review for the better. UPDATE: As the owner, Jack mentioned, I accepted an offer from the guy that he sent to me to deliver his estimate. I had no reason to believe that the price negotiation was behind Jack's back. As Jack also said, that "guy" royally screwed up the job (because he didn't have Jack and his crews assistance like he normally does). My request for a quote was to KLS, the "guy" represented himself as working for KLS, and my payments were to KLS, so I had no reason to believe that I was not working with KLS. FWIW, all I am asking now is for the job to be completed as originally agreed, and for my property to be restored to the condition that it was in before the job began.
