They put me on heart monitor for only 4 days and told me I can just go on weight loss shot.. urgent care was also very disrespectful they actually asked me like five times if I was pregnant I kept saying no. They also wouldn't take my insurance even though my insurance called them two times and they messed up my billing by putting all my appointments as emergency room visits.. I chose a new primary dr with st alphonsus and with in just two weeks They diagnosed me with pcos and pots. NOTE TO SELF it isnt always about weight and if I hadn't gone to new dr idk where I'd be right now especially with my heart issues... if you have pcos or pots I wouldn't go to them they said them selfs to me they don't know how to treat it. On a side note my husband step dad went there for while trying to figure out why his health was declining so fast. They ran test couldn't figure it out and lied said he died to alzheimer's... which isn't what happened his family will never know why or what happened all because the dr wouldn't listen but to lie on paper about that..

Would not recommend for urgent care or any other reason. We saw Dr. Roy - and since strep was negative and due to other symptoms, it was said he has Mono. The doctor wrote a note for my son to miss two weeks of school, but when my son asked if he could still go to basketball if he felt up to it - the doctor told him yes! Go support his team! What?! That is crazy to me - especially since he wrote the opposite on the chart notes. My son continued to get worse - typical Mono symptoms. I called in Friday morning to see if the doctor may be able to prescribe steroids (this can help with extremely sore and swollen throat) and was told I would get a call from the doctor. At 1:30pm I called back fearing that the pharmacy would close and he would have to suffer the weekend. The lady on the phone at 1:30 asked a few more questions and stated that the doctor may be able to get him the steroids, or a mouth rinse that could help the symptoms, and that the primary physician on staff would be calling me soon. I waited all day - no call. Now I'm back at a different Urgent care in Star - and when I called Valor this morning - the lady said the doctor never planned to call- that I would have needed to bring my son back in yesterday. I would have done that if the person I spoke with told me that!! They do not have the patients best interest, cannot give accurate information, and should not be in business if they cannot give patients the correct information. Drive over the hill to get better care.

Absolutely Amazing teams! Our Dad was treated with Love and Care! Thank You so very much!read more

There comes a time in your own life when you have to deal with hospice for a loved one. I have been…read morethrough it with my Dad and my oldest brother. Now it was time to see my Mom got the best possible care in the final stages of her life. Through the hospital we were hooked up with Keystone Hospice after efforts with palliative care were not enough anymore for Mom's emphysema. They were at the hospital quickly and talking to us about our options. Mom was in pretty rough shape, but she wanted to be home to die and once we relayed that to Keystone, they were on it. It took 24 hours to stabilize her enough for the ambulance ride from Boise to Nampa, but they got her home. Keystone supplied a bed, bedside table, wheelchair, potty-chair, and everything we needed to keep Mom clean and comfortable. A team of four people came to the house before Mom arrived and trained me on medications she would need and when to administer them. A case worker, social worker and religious support were all there to welcome Mom home along with a nurse. The days passed and Keystone never lost touch. At one point Mom complained about the air bed being more uncomfortable than the bathtub. I called and asked for another option, and they were there in a less than two hours with a foam mattress that made Mom happy. Mom saw her 89th birthday, which was a goal of hers. I had three more beautiful days with her before she passed one morning. A nurse was at my door within an hour and a few minutes and took care of Mom getting her ready for the funeral home. Losing a loved one is horrible no matter how you slice it, and I cannot thank Keystone enough for their magnificent work before, during and after hospice. These amazing people are your go-to in the Treasure Valley.
