I cannot say enough about this wonderful staff. Everyone is on point and so friendly. I feel like a part of their family when I walk through the door. The gals up front always welcome me (by name!) and with a smile, making me feel like I belong there (and I believe I do!). They make me feel right at home and I always look forward to seeing them. Stephanie is so kind, compassionate and adept. She offers a multitude of services from general healthcare to alternative practices (acupuncture, needling, etc). I love her holistic healing approach and that she speaks my language (meaning she hears what I say and knows how to take care of me!) And then there's Mariah. She is an amazing physical therapist and so patient with me when I forget to do my list of "chores" (ie: exercises). She has been working me over (in a good way!) on a regular basis for some time now. She's spunky and fun (who thought PT could be fun?!). And she keeps on trying when I come in crying (which I don't actually do but sometimes feel like I could). I feel so fortunate to have all of you in my life. I have definitely found my place in this wonderful establishment and plan to be a lifetime customer ... unless they kick me out! Thank you so much ladies! You are greatly loved and appreciated.

Most doctor offices I have been to keep you waiting for weeks for an appointment until your symptoms pass. Simple check in, minimal waiting, and they have an awesome online health platform that as a patient you can keep tabs on everything. Simple to use. The establishment is clean, warm, and cozy. No more cold, and stale rooms. I moved to Boise over three years ago and neglected to establish a primary care doctor until about 6 months ago. Look no further! Seriously!

After my son had to receive urgent treatment from the healthcare provider we switched to, we made the choice to try this urgent care service and were positively surprised with the new staff. They had strep tests on hand; something the other provider said they were out of until June. They quickly offered us professional care, ordered prescriptions and referrals while the other provider's urgent care took over an hour to be seen and after another 2 hours sent us home with our son crying & throwing up in pain and the prescription finally being sent to pharmacy the following day. In the end, if you are seeking urgent care, not emergency room care, the facility has the right to charge upfront to prevent collections in the future and worth the cost because they are the best urgent care my family & I have received in many years. By the way, they do send refunds.

If it's more, then they will send you a bill, or you can pay before you leave with a discounted price. I've gone twice this year. The first, I owed more, but they couldn't decide how much I owed. Couldn't figure out the discount. Told me that they were "fried" and wanted to go home while they were figuring out what I owed. They charged me wrong and I got a bill for it. They didn't honor their mistake and I had to pay more. THEN, my husband went in for an ear infection. They did nothing special, he paid $200. Said they'd call him when the doctor put in the notes how much the visit would be. They never called. I called billing and they told me that the visit SHOULD be $144. That we'd get a refund of $56. I waited a month. I called in again and they told me the amount was actually $201 and that they were nice enough to shave off that dollar. For a 5 minute visit to prescribe antibiotics??? And the billing person had absolutely NO idea what was happening. Explained that there were no notes, but then told me that the amount was $201?? This whole place is a scam and is perfectly happy to steal your money.

He is incredibly attentive and actually listens -- even when what I'm trying to explain doesn't come out perfectly. He has never once made me feel judged, dismissed, or like I don't know what I'm talking about. Dr. Chong treats me with genuine respect, and that alone sets him apart. When other doctors gave up on me, he didn't. He took the time to understand my situation and stayed committed to helping me find answers. I truly appreciate him and the care he provides. If you're looking for a doctor who is compassionate, patient, and willing to really listen, I highly recommend Dr. Chong at St. Alls family Medicine.

Thank you so much for creating this life changing tragedy my wife and I have had to endure these last 6 months... if not the rest of our lives! She is in critical condition. This situation was so simple to avoid had St. Al's hired competent physicians that could understand labs results and dial a telephone. My wife pleaded with Shae regarding her debilitating symptoms and condition. We are so grateful for the Urgent Care Doctor and his translator in Vegas. Within 3 minutes and $50, we were made aware of her chronic illness that had persisted for 7 months. The good news is that she may recover given her deserved treatment in the hospital.

We walked in and we were instantly greeted by the nice receptionist. She got us all checked in, updated my husband's insurance information and billing. And then we chilled in the waiting area. We were called back by the nurse. She took my husband's vitals and asked us if we had any medical concerns. She was really kind! Nurse Niki did a great job getting my husband's appointment started. Today was our first initial visit with Dr. Mohamed. He was fantastic! Dr. Mohamed was very thorough. He was very attentive and was very engaged. I appreciate that he took his time with the appointment. He didn't rush us, made sure he covered all of our questions and concerns. It was a breathe of fresh air to have a dr taking his time for his patient. If you're looking for a new primary dr, I would recommend Dr. Mohamed.

An insurance rep even called to inform them of the delay so they wouldn't give me any problems. Unfortunately the fun was only beginning. Billing has a policy of only including specific dates of service and a list of services with the first bill. Even cross-referencing the first bill, subsequent bills were impossible to make sense of because the amounts and dates kept changing. Even after the insurance issue was resolved, one twin's wellness visit was still getting denied. Insurance reps said they were billing incorrectly. The first billing rep I spoke with also noted discrepancies in how each visit was billed. I used to review claims for a health insurance company, too, and knew they were billing with the wrong codes. Sometimes mistakes are made on the insurance side, but this was not one of those times. The last time I spoke with a billing rep, they were very uppity and denied making any mistakes. Once again, a rep from my insurance company called them directly. The bill was resubmitted and paid, with the exception of hospital services for what I thought was a routine blood test for the younger twin. Whatever. I was tired of arguing at that point. One other thing: visits would last forever, about an hour per child, and most of that time was spent sitting and waiting in the exam room. Imagine how fun that was with both children in their terrible twos and threes. There's a lot of things I'll miss about Boise; this place is not one of them. They can't be faulted for the initial delay, but billing policies and poor customer service are on them.
