At first l was turned away but then the reception said Ivy was available as she had a cancellation for a haircut. Poor Ivy thought she was doing just a haircut but when l told her l wanted a color there was a little confusion but she was a good sport and was gracious enough to spend the extra time it takes to do this processing even though it was at end of day. I explained what l was looking for color wise but after all the work she did the end result wasn't quite what l wanted. At that time she volunteered to do it over and she was happy to help. She was great to deal with and such a good attitude. Their attention to detail and also the clean, chic atmosphere is a wonderful bonus! I recently had warm, honey blonde added to the ends of my already much lighter blonde hair and all I can say is wow! It made a huge difference because it gave more warmth to my complexion which is rather fair. It is similar to the popular "ombré" look, yet was blonde on blonde instead of light brown on darker brown tones. I love it! They do a great job on brow waxing also by following the natural shape of your brows vs just making them too thin. They are closed Sunday and Monday, so make sure to call ahead for an appointment because they book quickly! The prices are great and not overpriced for the quality they provide. They are more expensive than a quick walk-in salon, but I don't mind if it means I will leave feeling and looking great!
