Coach Kurt has been awesome! He's consistently supportive, accommodates any challenges I face, and encouraging when I make progress. While coordination, especially in the boxing segments, isn't my strong suit, I genuinely appreciate Coach Gail's patience and the time she takes to offer guidance and corrections. I knew I could not change my health without someone else making some of the health decisions for me. Through the recommendation of a friend, I now take the morning classes with Marissa 3 to 5 times a week. She keeps a variety of ever changing exercise exercises that keep me from being bored or having to make decisions. She tells us what to do, and we do it. And I'm seeing results. When life is too hectic and I can't get in, I notice that my body really misses it. It's 30 minutes long so super fast and easy. She is uplifting and inspiring. Thrive also sell supplements and protein powder and I appreciate again not having to make additional decisions so I get them there. I'm grateful to support this place and share in how it is helping me feel like me again. And I appreciate how Marissa checks in with us if we've missed a class. She wants us to be successful in our health.

Shark tank because... intimidation builds character? Cryo lounge and recovery room for when you realize 3 hours was an aggressive choice. Plenty of machines and racks, so no excuses!! There were also multiple machines broken down for repair. There was no managers just 1 front desk working on a Tuesday 4/22. I feel bad for the staff here obviously working with no budget for staffing and no cleaning crew. After a few exercises I had to leave because I was worried I would get sick in a facility like this. I will be staying at Eos Fitness and glad to see those locations keep cleanliness and building maintenance top quality. Also Eos Fitness is 24 hours unlike this location.
