I never got a tour so once I got I to the gym I was shocked. I took a couple photos because I was repulsed on how dirty the gym was. There were paper towel dispensers around the gym all empty. There were also multiple machines broken down for repair. There was no managers just 1 front desk working on a Tuesday 4/22. I feel bad for the staff here obviously working with no budget for staffing and no cleaning crew. After a few exercises I had to leave because I was worried I would get sick in a facility like this.
