To make a long story short I am a newly divorced lady on a budget. I had just acquired an Acura MDX and the stereo was junk. So I took a chance and called Z Autosound. The Best place I could've called was my first phone call. Let me stop there Jason answered the phone he is the most polite, informative, gentleman in the auto business! In fact the entire staff are gentlemen, they really know how to treat you right! Now back to my review, I have an older vehicle so the bracket was hard to find. They had that bracket in less than 24 hours amazing! I brought my vehicle in and they had it done in a flash, But don't let that fool you! It was done professionally and my vehicle was spotless. When I arrive to pick it up Jason took me out showed me exactly how to use the stereo, Took his time and was very professional. The price was absolutely hands-down the best in town! This company has "THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE" that I have EVER experienced in any car audio store, that I have ever been too. This morning I called the store because I had a problem trying to install the head unit by myself. And they were so helpful in trying to understand what my problem was, and helping me find a solution. That they told me to bring the car and the radio down to the shop. As I pulled up to the service bay, they pulled my car into the shop imedately, and began working on it. I was amazed that it took them less than 5 minutes, to fix the problem that I could not figure out for 5 hours. Not only that but they finished the rest of the installation and answered every question I had about the radio. The pricing here is unbelievably reasonable and the customer service is off the chart. I WANT TO GIVE A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE TECHNICIANS THAT HELPED ME. THANK YOU TO JEREMY & JASON. These two gentlemen have the best customer service skills, that I have ever experienced at anywhere. These guys are great. I worked in car audio when I was younger extensively, and these guys are top notch. They are friendly, professional, curious, etc. I was encouraged to check on the install the whole time, and when I was in the bay, I felt like I was an old buddy visiting,Thats how welcoming these guys are. I had them put a new screen in my superduty last week. they stayed an hour after closing because they decided to fix the previous installers mistakes (for free) before I had purchased the truck. One of the really technical things they did was use a new interface for steering wheel controls, which stopped working a few days later. I told Jason and he told me to come in. I told him I had a really busy day so I couldn't. He said 30 min it will be done.. I thought, that was pretty optimistic, but brought it in. they took it apart immediately, fixed and explained what happened under 30 min. Our car was a difficult stereo install. It is a late model camaro, after market head units not an option for this one. Fair price on install and equipment chosen. The sound is far better than one would expect for the amount of $$ invested. A 5 channel Avionix amp and Focal Speakers were installed along with an Audiocontrol LC6i interface. That is a must if you want to get rid of the anemic factory sounds. A 12 inch Kicker comp 300 watt sub is plenty unless you intend to blur your vision with modern day techno-rap. The entire power output of the system is less than what many systems would send to just one of several woofers, but IMHO can satisfy all but the most enthusiastic bass heads. Smooth articulate sound is what the end result is here. Amp is tucked neatly in the spare tire compartment. Definitely worth the time and effort for a quality result. Thanks guys read more

Jason at Z Auto Sound is awesome , I stopped in there looking for a GPS unit for my suv , he really took care of me , I ended up getting the Jensen VX2022 , when I asked about speakers he told me mine would probably fine but I wanted to go ahead and replace the factory ones , he gave me a really good deal , when I say good deal I mean he it, the price was literally have of what I was quoted just down the street at another shop, I couldn't be happier. Z autosound is the place to go!!!! I bought a t style stereo for my 2018 ram and went to other shops tryna get it hooked up but said they didn't have time and would charge pricey . Passed by z autosound same day and right away they said bring the truck in. Took about 30 mins and boom just like that it was done and got it done for cheap also . About a month passed and decided to get a price on a sound system . Just like that the truck was in the shop again getting top of the line subwoofers and wiring . My idea was to go in and get some little bass for my Mexican music but no , now I got hella bass with some epicenter rolling down bear valley !!!!! 11/10 shop with a variety of audio equipment and they also do lifts and wheels .....highly recommended great prices and quality work, to anyone tryna make their whip loud read more

I came into Z Autosound because my trucks stock alarm system was acting up and I read that the customer service was pretty excellent. They explained everything very clearly on the options that I can choose from to replace my faulty stock system. I always wanted a remote start on my vehicles because it is nice to get into a nice warm car in the winter. They explained that since my truck has a starter immobilizer which prevents the car from starting without the proper key (which has a chip in it) so we will need to install one extra item called a DBall that will allow the vehicle to be remotely started. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of the options available and the prices of each option. This was my first time coming here and now they have a customer for life out of me. read more

I had my windows done they did a wonderful job !. The tint was to dark on drivers and passenger front windows . I was worried I would get in an accident . At night I could not see out I would have to roll down the windows . When I call an got a quote to have it removed & replace with a lighter tint the guy Misunderstood what I want it done So I was quoted a price and I did not understand why it would be so much. I put a bad review the owner called me back immediately and he took care of it. The The tent looks great I am very impressed how the owner handled it. I literally cannot stress enough how freaking awesome these guys are! I kept passing them when I was on my way to work every day, and when I decide to get an alarm installed in my Tahoe, I decide well hell! I'll give them a try. When I went in, the guy at the counter JD was super nice and absolutely helpful! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. When I got my Honda, I got an alarm and kill switch and I knew automatically to take it to them and he was done with my Honda in less than 30 minutes! Amazing install, after seeing their advertisement on Facebook for the Apple CarPlay/ android auto specials, I had to get onboard. JD was quick to get in contact with me and to setup a date and time most perfect to match my schedule and got all the work done as promised. I went into ZAutosound, knowing what I wanted, but not sure how to go about it. First thing I noticed was the clean showroom. I had checked a couple of other locations and was disgusted with the dirty floors, etc. I walked into "Z," noticed the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness of the employee. I drove out of there with handsfree capabilities for my phone, a backup camera and all for a very reasonable price. Under new management, horrible customer service, over charging consistent customers, charges upfront for work that is always incomplete and sloppy. Installers have an attitude and try to sell you items that are not needed. They will also break and scratch your interior and not tell you nothing about it, NEVER leave your car there, if you must then stay and watch what they do cause they cut corners and leave the work undone. I've took all my 8 cars there and all of them have work to be complete. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.this place is no good. read more

I came in for an oil change but I ended up leaving with a brand new stereo, dash unit, and back-up camera because they gave one of the best deals you could possibly get for car audio upgrades, even though I have a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro which requires a bit more parts than your average car to achieve this, they had all the parts on hand and installed it within a couple hours and I am beyond grateful and excited to get back on the road and try it out. The sales man was so nice and extremely professional. I've never left a review before but felt the need to leave one today. He helped me pick out a system with all the things I wanted and was giving me honest opinions in regards to what would be best, As far as speakers are concerned, compatible with the system I chose. Horrible shop, install door speakers that do not fit so now there is a gap in all of my panels, backup camera that got installed does not work anymore, it's only been eight months, this shop is good if you want a quick install, but quality is garbage, went through three fuses since install date because they do not know how to tune, or refuses to wattage.
