My 1st time there & they were very nice. Decent massage, but someone in the next area over was talking & I couldn't relax. The lotion they put on me had a very strong fragrance giving me a headache, so I had to shower again once I got home. Not sure I'll go back :( read more

Wendy was great. Professional and timely and a great foot massage for 1 hour. I just saw Wendy again. She was great as always, but there was noise and talking outside my room throughout my entire 1.5 hours. I complained to Wendy several times, but she did nothing about it. I'll probably try another place next time. I've been here at least 3x now, but I definitely think people talking ruins the intended relaxing appt. read more

Awesome place and great rates. 90-minute body and foot massage is great. Wife and I have been numerous times and will go numerous more I'm sure. There's one lady who gives the best massage, don't know her name but need to learn it because the others don't have the hands of steel that she has and I like high pressure. read more

The massage was very good. I just would have liked a brief discussion before we started. If that had happened ,I would've given them 5 stars. read more

I've been a customer of Z & X Foot Spa since they opened, and I've never been disappointed in the service. They have extremely accommodating hours, and seem to be open than they're closed. The business is clean and the staff is friendly. Susie does one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. I can't wait to go again. read more

My only go to place whenever I need my massage. They have never failed me! My girl Lisa is the best she knows how to work on my body. I will always stick with her from now on. She knows what I want and she delivers all the time. I am sure all the therapist there are wonderful , but I prefer Lisa she works on specific areas that I needed to work on and I'm comfortable with her techniques that soothes my aches and pains without leaving with pain afterwards which it did happen before but for Lisa, I don't feel a single pain in my body when I go home that's how happy I am every time! Much appreciated Lisa will see you soon keep up a great work and make sure you get a good massage as well you guys work so hard and deserve to be treated with respect. God bless you all until next time thank you. read more

Wife got me a 1.5 hr massage and foot massage. Misuse was amazing it's like she knew exactly my bad spots. Worked the heck out of my bad spots. My wife got the same. When we left we both said the same thing. You feel like your floating. And we both said we would pay for a 30 min head massage but it's just part of the message. read more

Went in today to get a foot massage. was talked into a "combination" which was supposed to be 30 minutes body massage and 30 minutes foot massage. Never got a foot massage. My back looks like I've been physically abused as I kept saying it was too hard. Sad to say I'm in worse shape after a massage than when I went in. Never again! Beware read more

I have never had foot reflexology and truthfully, didn't know much about it. I thought it was just a "foot massage" and I felt I needed that. My friend made an appointment for 3 of us and asked if they could accommodate 3 in a room. They said no problem. When we got there, they could only accommodate 2 of us to a room and our friend had to go to another room. That was disappointing. It was very clean, the personnel wore masks and there were signs to keep quiet (for the sake of other patrons). They played calming music and I just laid back and enjoyed the ride. Until I didn't. I didn't realize my threshold for pain in the arches of my feet were so low that it was actually painful. I know now I could've told him not to use so much pressure on my arches but I thought it was supposed to be like that. I worked through the pain when he was working on the congested areas in my feet. Putting aside the arches, everything else about it was relaxing. My toes, heels, calves felt great. They used hot stones on my feet too, which felt like I was walking on fire but in a good way. All in all I am not sure I would do this again but if I did, I would tell them my arches are sensitive and tone it down a little. My left arch is pretty bruised but people told me that could be expected! read more

Z & X Foot Spa - My wimpy arches that got a whooping! - Massage Near Me - Lutz, Florida

Little foot spa tucked away in the Flying Squirrel shopping center. I got the 60 minute foot massage & it was SO RELAXING. I am a nurse, regularly on my feet quite a bit & this was exactly what I needed. They take all the proper precautions, wearing face masks at all times. So glad we have this lovely place in LandOLakes read more

We have been trying so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We've tried several local reflexology spots and this place continues to deliver terrible service. Today was our last visit. Three times now they have swapped out the masseuse half way through my mothers treatment and the person who takes over BRINGS the reception phone and ANSWERS phone calls DURING her massage. It is completely disruptive, distracting, unprofessional, and ANTI- relaxing. We brought it to their attention last time and they apologized and said they would give us more time next time. We had two 90 minute reflexology sessions and they stopped well short of 90 minutes and offered absolutely zero discount or sincere apology for the disruption. They are happy to take your money and do not care that their therapists no longer employ traditional reflexology technique but pretty substandard massage instead. Of course a foot massage is always nice but this is marketed as reflexology which it 100% is not and it's very expensive! We come to relax and pamper ourselves and leave agitated and disappointed each time. There are other new spots like this popping up all over, looking forward to visiting a new business that values its patrons. read more

I've been getting reflexology and massages for decades and this was by far one of the best I've ever had. Such a calm and relaxing environment as well and everyone I interacted with was sooooooooo nice. Please check this place out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Received a 1 hour massage from Peggy; it was simply fantastic. It included the foot reflexology, 15 minutes I think, the very first foot massage I've ever received. The foot massage was unreal! Everything felt so good!! Will definitely be returning. I have also hear good things about Laura and Leo. read more

What a great little place. I had a massage from Alice and it was fantastic. I got a deep tissue massage and I really felt it! If you're looking for strong hands and a sweet personality I would ask for Alice. I do want to say that all the staff are very kind. read more

I have been a loyal customer and bring a girlfriend with me every single time I visit, usually 2-3x a month. Today I brought another friend to try a foot massage. I even have their loyalty stamp card. I evidently had a brand new foot massage therapist who didn't even massage my feet! I had to say something after she started my massage 10 mins later after my friends then just touched my feet not even a massage. It was not reflexology or massage. It's $55 which is why I then asked for the owner. He came and finished my massage but it wasn't that good like he has done before. I let him know I missed 10 mins of the massage from the first woman. He never offered to credit me, give me an extra stamp or anything. He got a $5 tip for that too, didn't want to leave anything at all. There is a better place up the street I'll take my $$ there. I get the same person every time. They also all had their masks off and he smelled like an ashtray. read more

Had a great massage here. Peggy was fantastic. Price is very reasonable. Rooms are clean. Staff very polite.
