If I could give zero stars, I would. I have spent almost $15,000 (in total to my new accountant and…read morebookkeeper) in rectifying mistakes made by the bookkeepers at this firm in 2020 and 2021. Pandemic funds and other items were listed in the wrong area, adversely affecting my books and taxes in 2022 and now in 2023, where my new accountant is working with the new bookkeeper (5 months after taxes were to be filed) to correct the egregious mistakes made by this firm in 2020 and 2021. A lot of young people are employed by this firm to be bookkeepers, but it seems the supervision by experienced CPA staff is lacking. This firm was recommended to me; not sure what the basis of the recommendation was. Maybe they received service when the firm was smaller and the owner managed her accounts. I left this firm at the end of 2021, and voiced my displeasure once their mistakes were first identified. Their incompetency continues to be a costly, living nightmare for me!
