At start, he served us an appetizer on the house: a Polish traditional food called "szmalec." We then ordered a couple traditional Polish foods. They serve most Polish dishes. My friend tried the Polish beet soup and dumplings filled with ground meat. At the end, our waiter served us two glasses each of two different liqueurs commonly drunk in Poland.
