I've never doubted the level of care or compassion each of the teachers has displayed. They've helped me along as a first time mom on what sorts of things to bring in and when. They don't bat an eye when I've asked silly questions or when we have forgotten spare clothes for the second day. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them.

(He's now nearing a year old and is at NWCC full time). The staff at NWCC keep us updated and care about our son. They've been great at listening and communicating with us and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a childcare facility. NWCC uses the Tadpoles app to record daily activities-- we receive daily email updates and have downloaded the connected app. The staff records daily activities (foods/liquids, diapers, naps, extra notes) and send photos via Tadpoles.
