We love it here and would recommend them to anyone! The staff is really accommodating and has been really easy to work with. They do have some teacher turnover, but unfortunately that happens at every single daycare. When it does happen, it's been communicated to us and a replacement is there almost immediately. I feel very comfortable leaving our little girl there. She really enjoys it and is starting to really bond with her teachers. I've never doubted the level of care or compassion each of the teachers has displayed. They've helped me along as a first time mom on what sorts of things to bring in and when. They don't bat an eye when I've asked silly questions or when we have forgotten spare clothes for the second day. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them.

I was able to sneak in to check on him, and he was either napping or having a blast with all the toys and friendly company he had. I appreciated the staff and their Motherly love towards my Child. (He's now nearing a year old and is at NWCC full time). The staff at NWCC keep us updated and care about our son. They've been great at listening and communicating with us and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a childcare facility. NWCC uses the Tadpoles app to record daily activities-- we receive daily email updates and have downloaded the connected app. The staff records daily activities (foods/liquids, diapers, naps, extra notes) and send photos via Tadpoles. I'll often get a photo of my happy son playing in the middle of the day-- an awesome surprise when I'm sitting at my desk and wondering how he's doing!

And end up homeless after paying for half the stuff and taking care of a $550,000 home right in my own community on Erie Rd where I would walk w my chihuahua and short hair pointer to the park of Roses and back home. I don't know what in the world is going on. I thought this establishment cared about the LGBTQ+ community. It has signs up that says all are welcome. Welp. It's not true! I mean. It's definitely better resources than we get on the West Side. Over here everyone just wants us not to exist in life.
