They do have some teacher turnover, but unfortunately that happens at every single daycare. When it does happen, it's been communicated to us and a replacement is there almost immediately. I feel very comfortable leaving our little girl there. She really enjoys it and is starting to really bond with her teachers. I've never doubted the level of care or compassion each of the teachers has displayed. They've helped me along as a first time mom on what sorts of things to bring in and when. They don't bat an eye when I've asked silly questions or when we have forgotten spare clothes for the second day. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them.

I also really appreciated how they approached any misbehavior. You know, our toddlers tell us everything and for the most part some kids are just learning how to play well with others and I feel that this school really gave space with that while also doing the necessary incident reports. Lastly, our son was blessed to have grown with his classmates. There isn't a lot of turnover with kids in this school and that was such a plus for us- our son growing up with other kids and becoming best friends with them. (He's now nearing a year old and is at NWCC full time). The staff at NWCC keep us updated and care about our son. They've been great at listening and communicating with us and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a childcare facility. NWCC uses the Tadpoles app to record daily activities-- we receive daily email updates and have downloaded the connected app. The staff records daily activities (foods/liquids, diapers, naps, extra notes) and send photos via Tadpoles. I'll often get a photo of my happy son playing in the middle of the day-- an awesome surprise when I'm sitting at my desk and wondering how he's doing!

I don't know what in the world is going on. I thought this establishment cared about the LGBTQ+ community. It has signs up that says all are welcome. Welp. It's not true! I mean.
