1 Star -- Very Disappointing Experience with iTishniki…read more Our experience working with Nick at iTishniki has been nothing short of a disaster. We hired this company for website development, maintenance, brochures, flyers, and other design services, but repeatedly encountered mistakes, poor-quality work, and constant website errors. The most frustrating issue was the never-ending cycle of website problems. We would pay for work to be completed, only to discover weeks or a month later that something had stopped functioning, pages were broken, or errors had appeared. These were not isolated incidents. Website problems occurred repeatedly, requiring us to spend additional time and money getting them corrected. Even basic design projects, including brochures and flyers, were disappointing and required further corrections. On multiple occasions, we had to hire other professionals to fix work that we had already paid iTishniki to complete. What we found particularly unacceptable was being charged again to correct problems with work we had already paid for. In our experience, we were repeatedly asked to pay additional fees to address errors that should have been resolved properly in the first place. As a nonprofit organization, every dollar matters. We expect professional competence, accountability, accuracy, and reliable service. Instead, we experienced repeated mistakes, additional expenses, wasted time, and tremendous frustration. We eventually lost all confidence in the company's ability to deliver dependable work. We discontinued our relationship and chose to settle the matter simply to move forward. I am extremely disappointed with our experience. I do not recommend this company. Businesses and nonprofit organizations should be extremely cautious before hiring iTishniki. Carefully review every contract, document all payments, and establish in writing who is responsible for correcting errors. Based on our experience, the quality of work and repeated charges were simply unacceptable. One star. I strongly do not recommend iTishniki.

So I took a pic of his van, and his licence plate and called it in to the police. This company is very shady and very disrespectful, they will bring an commercial enterprise to any residential neighborhood, no matter what the rules are. I also talked with the asian lady the previous reviewer was talking about, very disrespectful and act like being in a neighborhood where your not welcome is the right thing to do when its NOT! Our neighborhood is very tight knit and we dont like solicitors coming in and out as they please, its a safety concern. plus bringing commercial enterprises to private property is against the law. I ended up purchasing a used 2006 Yamaha from them, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The installation of the new motor, tachometer, and throttle control was incredibly clean and professionally done. Working with Mike was an excellent experience from start to finish. He's personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected, and what really stood out was how it felt like I was dealing with friends rather than just a business. That kind of customer service is pretty special these days. They're a little farther of a drive for me than I'd prefer, but it's absolutely worth it.
